I recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel in Seattle with my family and had an exceptional experience! We stayed here twice, with a week's gap in between, and both stays were fantastic. Firstly, the front desk staff—Nick, Jason, and Danielle—deserve special recognition. Their efficiency, knowledge, and friendliness made our stay memorable. They provided invaluable assistance in exploring Seattle, recommending great spots to visit, and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's central location is unbeatable. It’s within walking distance to all major business and tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We had no issues at all with our accommodations. The arrangement for our cruise shuttle and hotel/airport drop-off, which was provided at a very reasonable cost. Additionally, we had a lot of luggage that we didn’t need for the cruise, and the staff kindly stored it for us for the week. This level of service was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Overall, the Paramount Hotel's excellent service, prime location, and comfortable rooms made our stays wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle!

Location was good to go famous location in Seattle by walk. (To the starbucks reserve, To the Pike place market, Downtown shopping as well) Room was clean enough. House keeper was very kind and fast.

Due to lobby renovation, I needed to use 2nd floor to check-in/out. And if I need more water I needed to go there. It was a little bit uncomfortable. But staff was nice.

The location was perfect as it was very near everything and the tourists spots as well. We explored the city on foot from the hotel and did not lose our way back. The bed and pillows induced good sleep, the aircon was excellent and room was spacious. The only drawback is the "every other day housekeeping", but no big deal. We requested for extra soap and toilet papers and they were delivered pronto. The restaurant also served excellent food. The gentleman at the check-in did a superb job and he allowed us an early check-in. That helped a lot considering that we're coming from a 5-hour flight from Toronto.

Can't think of any. Maybe, a daily housekeeping would help just to clean up the little mess in the room would help, otherwise, our stay was enjoyable and worth it.

We received an upgrade to a great room with a huge bath tub and separate shower and the room was cleaned daily. The location was great. We walked the waterfront to the arenas and to Magnolia as well as to Green Lake via Queen Anne hill at Kerry Park. Also took the ferry to Bainbridge Island to walk about. What a deal! $5 both ways! Great spot for family urban walking visit.

Small thing. The lack of tv streaming. We have cable and streaming services and 90% of our tv viewing is thru streaming. First hotel viewing in some time with no streaming access. We were very busy walking and visiting so this was not a big deal.

Central location is what I wanted more than anything. Very comfortable bed. Everyone working at the hotel is extremely friendly and attentive.

1. Coffee pods not manufactured great and I had to ask a cleaning person to vacuum the grounds that ended up on the floor. 2. I also mistakenly left the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door one day and a "nasty" security and "hotel room inspection rights" letter was slipped under my door for my return. I did not appreciate that letter or its tone one bit. Some thought needs to go into its fascistic tone and when it should be used. 3. Some hallway noise from other guests was annoying. This is typical however.

The hotel is in a prime location that makes everything easily accessible. It had excellent amenities that made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The staff was lovely and friendly!

It was disappointing that our original suite reservation was not available, and we received notice less than a week before our trip. However, Lina, the Front Office Manager, did an excellent job in resolving the issue, keeping us updated and ensuring we were satisfied!

Excellent location 100 metres from my conference. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed, convenient desk, good fridge, easy-to-use coffee machine. Nice fitness facility. Staff super helpful when I left some items behind in the room - quickly and cheerfully found a solution.

Bathroom a little dated. Lobby area under construction. A string of emails pressed me to do a pre-check-in online that was time-consuming, burdensome and an unnecessary data gathering exercise. In the end I ignored the messages and just showed up in person - the old-style check-in went smoothly.

Location,security,extremely comfortable bed (king size) and pillows.

Nothing to dislike

Great location. The room was very spacious, and the bed and pillows comfortable. Shower had good temperature and water pressure. The staff were super helpful and friendly - especially the lady checking us out. Great personality, had lots of banter, gave us tips where to eat and offered to hold our luggage until we were ready to leave.

Charge over $60 valet parking for overnight stay. However the car didn’t move from where we parked it on arrival (right out the front of reception). They did allow us to leave the car there a couple of hours post checkout, but the price is still extensive for no particular service.

Good location. In the heart of downtown. Around 3 blocks from the train station and the bus.

Its great if you want to stay downtown but keep in mind that if you are early around downtown you'll find a lot of homeless people.They are everywhere and I don't know why but they disappear during the day. I didn't know that before going. And this is not just people that don't have a home, they are addicts and you can see them high. Hotel is 5-10 mins from McDonalds. Well that is their favorite spot.
