Very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds l've slept in. My room was a slightly different layout from the website photos in that it had a breakfast bar at the kitchen (see photo). Had a problem with the TV at the start of my stay (turned out the previous guest in the room had 'liberated' the Roku dongle from the back of the TV), Sonder staff were great, responded very quickly and resolved the situation. While l could hear road noise from I5 it didn't bother me and l easily slept through it.

Overall very good. Line 1 light rail station is nearby within walking distance. Bus stops 10/12 are also within walking distance. Generally feel safe in this area. The room is super clean and the support from online staff was also good. There were plenty of supplies in case we run out of them. The location is also pretty good. We used the wrong panel to enter the pin from the beginning. We tried several time and cannot get in. But maybe it was only us.
The down side is that the traffic nearby is always busy and noisy even during the night. The hotel did offer us the ear plug though. Cannot complain! However, we noticed that the 1) the toaster even it is clean outside, there were some crumbles inside from earlier stay, 2) the pan provided is with clear scratches which we would not dare to use, 3) one of the shower/shampoo dispensers may not be installed correctly (the right most one is higher than the other two), making the use of it difficult. In addition, the quality of the shampoo/shower gel may not in good quality - not an expert on this but it doesn’t feel nice to us.

Location was great! A brief walk to the market and a short stroll to the convention center. Building felt safe and not having to keep up with a key card was wonderful! Appreciated the self serve amenities restock station. Bath tub was great! Plenty of hot water! Kitchette was stocked well enough to be helpful during my stay.
Wish the blinds would have a sheer option that allowed sunlight with a little privacy or mirror lined outside so light could come through without sacrificing privacy, instead of blocking sunlight or "fishbowl" feeling of having blinds open. The lighting in the living room could have been better or positioned differently. Also, would have been nice to have a designated smoking space outside.

Perfect location and comfortable check in via an app and code for front door and room door. The room was very clean and modern and very well equiped. I had one issue with my door code not working but was able to sort it out via the apps customer support to get back into the room.
I did not mind this as I am not fussed about noise but the rooms are facing a very busy interstate (3 lanes each side etc A LOT of traffic) which is noticeable. I sleep with white noise on so I did not even notice but if someone is a light sleeper or needs it quiet you may want to think of choosing a different place.

No meals were available at the property, but there was a very well stocked grocery store one block away which offered the basics and more. I had a great view of the city, motorway and weather, from my window. If I had any questions, help was just a message away via booking.com. Good internet and laundry. Security is a priority.
I was there for a conference and i would have liked a work table. I had to hunch over the low table which was not too comfortable. Shower water took a while to warm up - hard for someone from where water conservation is a priority.

We chose a Sonder for our stay, and it turned out to be a great decision. It's only a 2-minute walk to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery, and a quick 10-minute Uber ride to Pike Place Market. Plus, the Westlake Link subway station is just a 6-minute walk away, making it easy to get to the University of Washington or the airport.
I stayed for two nights on the 3rd floor, and while the location was close to downtown, there was quite a bit of car noise. The room's layout was such that I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The bedroom had two side lamps, but they weren't bright enough to fully light up the room. The A/C was in the living room, so I had to leave the door open to balance the temperature between the bedroom and the living area.

The location of the property was central to everything we wanted to visit. Downtown Seattle and the Pike Place Market were a short bus ride away. Our room was large, clean, and had everything we needed. The Sonder app made the check-in and check-out process smooth. The gentleman in the office was very friendly and helped me when I lost a very important item as well.
We stayed for 4 nights, but the room was never cleaned due to their being a $100 fee for each cleaning. This was not a dealbreaker for us to my wife and I being very clean and maintaining the room during our stay.

Great location! Right in the heart of Seattle. Walkable to most places or a quick bus/train/car ride away. We walked 75% of the time and split the other 25% between ubers and buses. In a very bustling area of Capitol Hill with lots of restaurants and shops around. Food recommendation shoutout to Pinoyshki Bakery and Kedai Makan! Despite being literally right next to the highway, the noise level was unexpectedly low. I was initially hesitant to book and still worried afterwards because sometimes I am sensitive to noise at night while sleeping. However, I did not have any problems here at all. You could still hear some light noise, but it was very low and almost background-like. Particularly at night, there are much fewer cars on the road so it's even quieter. They also kindly provide ear plugs and a white-noise machine for customers to use. Room itself was spacious and new. Had all the cookware we needed to make a couple meals during our 5 night stay. I would definitely come back again!
A small table apart from the two bedside tables would have been appreciated when we ate in the room because we either ate standing at the countertop or sitting on the bed, worried we would get the sheets dirty.

The location is fabulous—you're at the beginning of the Pike/Pine corridor in Capitol Hill but very close to the city centre, so you have the best of both worlds and plenty of the best coffee shops around you—you experience Seattle as a local. The mattress is ultra-comfortable, and the amenities are fantastic (I loved the Davines one!) and convenient. Having free storage was super handy, and the 24/7 team availability really makes a difference, especially if you're travelling from another country in Europe where the timezone difference is huge. The app is also very friendly and you can easily connect to the wifi and edit check-out times and book late check-outs, for example.
There are some Essentials (toilet roll, for example) on the 2nd floor that I wasn't aware of, so should be better communicated if you're staying on the 3rd floor. The pre-arrival form is not the easiest to fill in, and even if the location is fabulous, it's noisy. So if you expect a silent location, it's not the place for you, as you will be near the highway.

Third or fourth time we have stayed at a Sonder and absolutely love them so far, great quality and great service via the app provided you have access to the internet and the access codes have arrived before you set off travelling.
At the Pivot there was no sign of any of the Pivot team - not a problem on this occasion but so reassuring when there is at least a human on site to see in case of any unforeseen problems that cannot be quickly handled through the app and at the cost there really should be...
