Zach, the desk attendant at night was amazing. He was so friendly and accommodating. We were in a truck and he made sure that we had a place to park in the building and we didn't have to shuttle ourselves and luggage for 5 people from an Iditarod parking garage. He exhibited the kind of customer service that you'd expect from a small town mom and pop hotel. He was phenomenal as was all the staff but Zach stood out!!! Thank you Zach.

This was my first visit to Seattle and so I had no idea what staying in "downtown" meant. That would be my only complaint but that's nothing to do with the operation of the hotel. I was thoroughly pleased with the hotel itself.

The breakfast was really good, with a variety of options and healthy food (I liked the oatmeal a lot, especially as it was with no added sugar). The staff members were really nice and helpful. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos. for example, there was no kitchen. I think I got the smallest room on the floor based on what on I saw on the floor plan. But the room was really clean.

I loved everything. The only thing that bothered a little was my interaction with the reception lady on the last day. On the website, it says late check-out might be possible for free. I asked if I could have late check out as I was there for a conference and my flight was late at night. The lasy told me that I had to pay for half a day if I wanted late check out. I would not have minded if she said we do not have enough rooms. But the fact that she wanted to charge me was inconsistent with what the hotel says on their website.

Everything we wanted to do was in short walking distance. Lots of choices for the free breakfast that was offered every morning. The staff was vary attentive to any questions or requests we had. Over all we had a great time.

I wish the pool and hot tub had been open to use. The mattress was a bit too firm for me but the staff got me some extra pillows so I could make myself comfortable. Not really any view to speak of from the room we had.

Good choice for breakfast simple hot breakfast, waffle maker, cereals, yoghurts, muffins bread and bagels tea coffee juice.. Helpful staff. Room clean, comfortable and roomy. Location perfect for Washington State Conference Center, Good value.

Pool closed, damp smell in the corridors, was on the pool level so may be related. Wasn't like that on previous stay.

Nothing was too much trouble here. Staff always accommodating above and beyond. Excellent location for us. Three members of lobby reception staff were worthy of note. 1. Gillian Potts who found us a room early. Very pleasant and polite. 2. Zach Chilcote who printed off some boarding cards. 3. August Richardson the hotel manager, polite helpful and accommodating. Very switched on and professional in his guest interactions.

It has the biggest kitchen in size for a three star hotel that I have experienced in my life with fully equipped kitchen with a large refriegerator, a microwave and a dish washer.

The water in the commode when it is filled touches the scrotum, which is embarassing.

We were a little nervous about the location being downtown but the room was gorgeous. The room was comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Most importantly it was very clean! We will definitely stay here again.

Parking was a bit difficult. The garage is small and it was hard to maneuver a sedan sized car around the tight corners.

great location, with spacious rooms and breakfast included. We really need a separate bedroom so our son can go to sleep early and the layout is great for that

staff were rude and hung up on me when I requested a late checkout to allow our son to nap. We weren’t being rude and while we can play with his nap times a bit, it’s something we really need to accommodate and appreciate from a hotel

Property is in a great location to travel by foot to nearby places. I would recommend using the scooters/bikes to explore the city. There are many hills so be prepared. The room is very large and provides great amenities.

The room was not fully cleaned when checked in. Front desk was informed about it and they just said “ok”. House cleaning does not come during your stay unless you ask for it. You have to take 2 different elevators to get to the highest floor (9). Front desk was trying to charge me more than what was shown on Booking.com. Price was adjusted. There’s a $60/day deposit.
