Clean nice rooms with good bed for child.

Pike street from the hotel to the market the unhoused population is significant. Which is sad first of all and we have so much empathy. But I the streets were filthy and stinky and people were shooting you and smoking drugs openly everywhere and then just hanging out. Puke and other unnamed substances. It was grosss. But the hotel itself can’t control. Just good to know.

Great views from our room. Bathroom was fantastic. Beds were comfortable. The blackout shades were fabulous! One block from the Paramount to see Wicked, which is why we were in Seattle. Close to great places to eat: Cheesecake Factory (one block); several small eateries connected to the hotel to get sandwiches, ect. such as the NYC 7th Ave Deli and Mar, which were good. Gluten Free diets were accommodated. Movie Cinema & GameWorks (expensive) were only one block away.

Would have liked to have queen size beds.

Great location for events at the Seattle Convention Center. Our stay involved a fire in the adjacent Cheesecake Factory and I thought the staff handled that as well as could be reasonably expected. Other than that the bathrooms were great as always and after a full day of panels, being able to take a proper bath was a godsend.

The novelty of the sparkling wine vending machine wore off really fast when I realized that the bottle only filled a single flute and cost what it did.

Location was top notch, staff was friendly and helpful.

The refrigerator in the room was not working and caused some of my food to spoil. They have a nice mattress, but the pillows felt like they were bought from the Dollar Store. The $100 pet fee seems excessive. The pet room was next to the elevator which was quite loud. Dine in options were limited. On a $100+ million building having two steam rooms and saunas would be great, 1 in the men's and 1 in the women's locker rooms. Because of parking garage prices, you are basically forced to leave you car with the valet.

The location turned out to be great for us, as both programs we organised were in a walking distance (the Paramount theather is just one block away - and the Benaroya Hall is only 10 minutes by walk). We loved that both a Starbucks and a mini shop was accessible from the hotel's lobby, and there were a few good restaurants nearby. The room wasn't really big still we loved the entry area and the closet, both were spacious. We loved the big shower cabin!

I love the location of my stay. It was between the Seattle Convention center buildings, so the accessibility to travel makes it easier. The staff were so friendly from the moment I walked through the doors and made it to my room. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful when issues arose.

I did not have much negative things to say except the conjoint room doors were not noise proof. I heard the conversation through the doors and wish the doors were more sound proof. So in reference, I would like to see the doors more sound proof or have a choice to have conjoint doors or not.

Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby and good shopping.

The hotel valet seemed very short staffed. One evening we had to leave our vehicle on the street before they could get to it. Next morning we were driving someone to the airport and had to wait 1/2 hour to retrieve our car. The passenger was almost late for the flight. Also breakfast staff Saturday morning was only one server( who bussed also). She was very stressed and even had to turn away customers Not what you expect at this 4star hotel

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The tub saved me on the nights that I had walked miles all day. Walking distance to so many great spots in Seattle - Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Starbucks Reserve Roastery. Amazing restaurants inside. The staff was all very friendly and took care of anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms and good location. Steak restaurant inhouse is worth going to!

Checkin line was huge when we arrived and we had to stand in it again when we came back at 3pm to get our key. Not a great experience and something they should look at as we weren’t the only ones frustrated by having to line up again! Lobby was a bit sterile for us so lacking in ambience.

Concierge, and the valet were so respectful and nice to us. Made us feel like royalty from the pull in, to them opening the door finishing us in and offering us champagne for our two year. We were light headed by the time we reached the door. Everyone was so nice and gentle and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We will return.
