The bed was super cozy, the reception was fast and friendly, and I was able to add on an extra night to my stay with zero trouble. The included ac/heater was a great touch, as my partner and I are very picky about temperature. The room was quite clean (aside from some blood on the bathroom door, but whatever. We had a good time guessing what happened.) The room was spacious, had a refrigerator and microwave, and although we didn't have any, there was free coffee available 24 hours in the lobby.

The walls were very thin, so although there wasn't much noise, we could hear everything that happened, which is a little embarrassing for obvious reasons

I liked that there was adequate parking close to our room .also I liked that the property was well lit and quiet at night .

I truly miss the breakfast that used to be offered at many locations

I liked how it was convient to the bus stop, was in a great location, the room was affordable and clean and the staff was very nice. I had a very enjoyable stay.

Room was clean and quiet. Everything worked as it should. Check-in was very friendly and professional.

Only issue was the door to the room was sticky and difficult to open.

Location hard to get to, particularly the entrance. A bit pricey considering what you’re getting.

We did not have a pleasant experience since our booking got mixed with another person. We got there at 2am with our confirmation number and everything ready to go to find out someone else had the exact same confirmation number at check in and was already sleeping in our room. We stayed up until 4am calling motels and hotels around the area but did not find anything available. What made this mess a easier one was TONY. Tony was calling places to stay for us too and offered an available room that was not in the greatest shape but had new mattress and sheets. We stayed there at a discounted rate due to all the difficulties. The next morning tony accommodated is in a better room and the rest of our stay was great. Thank you Tony for all your hard work.

Parking lot needs to be cleaned up and dumpster area cleaned up.

The wifi connection was not good.

It is in proximity of businesses I needed to support.

The sink and bathtub didn’t have the plugs.

The way the transfer was handled and kindness from the staff here even knowing what they deal with all day and all night!!

First room had water issues but was handled quickly by staff!
