I appreciate how dog friendly the staff was! I was offered a collapsible water bowl upon check-in and a staff member provided me with a to-go container for the breakfast buffet when I asked since dogs aren't allowed in the dining room. It would be great if there was an area for folks with dogs to eat. Overall it was a clean room and lobby, and looks updated, which was very nice. Had a large soaker tub too. Location is decent, close to highways.

Price was a little high, but I think the area and time of my visit is just expensive. Door frame towards to bottom was rather dirty. Employee smoking area was by the parking lot and they were on a smoke break when I was checking out and loading things in my car. So maybe move the smoking area to a more secluded location? More parking or clear signs on where additional parking is located would have been helpful, especially at night.

Our room was spacious and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, appreciated bathtub and shower in bathroom, nice view of the ocean inlet. Breakfast buffet and bistro are conveniently located next to the lobby on the ground level. We received an upgrade from King View to King Balcony without asking.

Breakfast: potato squares are dry and low quality. Coffee does not have enough flavor. Overall, satisfactory breakfast for the cost of the room.

The breakfast was very nice given that it was free. Scrambled eggs, a meat, pancakes, fruit. The cable TV had a good variety of stations and the TV worked well. Internet service seemed good although I was busy and didn't use it much. Location seemed awkward until I moved around. There were good restaurants within walking distance, a nice view of an ocean inlet on one side, and the Kitsap mall was very close. All very convenient.

There were some minor facility problems that were annoying but not deal breakers. I asked to be moved to the second floor because the first floor was motel-like with a sidewalk immediately outside the room. The curtains didn't close right, so that was an annoyance. The floor was also hardwood which felt cold. The second floor room was much better except for the shower head. The angle was poor and the only option was to use it as a wand, which was awkward. But the room was spacious and had a good heating/cooling system, something many mid-price hotels lack.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the marina for a fishing trip but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the area was. The staff was wonderful from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant. They gave us a ticket for a complimentary drink and salad bar, plus breakfast the next day. You could see they put a lot of effort into making us feel comfortable and we loved our room with the balcony overlooking the water. This felt like a family-owned hotel rather than a chain and we loved the personal touch. The area is very walkable with a nice bakery, restaurants, and boardwalk.

We loved everything.

Very cozy atmosphere. Loved the fireplace in the main lobby area and wood laminate floors in the rooms. Rooms are spacious. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty well rounded; a notch above Hampton Inn.

The only negative of our short visit was the floor of our room could’ve been vacuumed a wee better. I brought my yoga mat to do yoga in the room and there were crumbs/particles on the floor alongside the bed. Even so - I travelled for 20 years for a living and this hotel overall gets very high marks for cleanness. Bathroom, bed and hotel itself are really clean.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding staff. We had a bay-view room—absolutely incredible! Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary meals and drinks. The breakfast was perfect, with eggs cooked to order in any style. The hotel also features two saunas (Turkish and Finnish) and a pool. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Seattle!

Oxford Suites has very friendly staff and excellent Breakfast. We really felt welcome at the property. Location great for purpose of our trip and room was really spacious.

We stayed for 2 nights, and room was not cleaned during our stay. Having said that room was clean at check-in, and we don,t necessarily need cleaning during a short stay. However, would be nice if staff notified you of this (At other hotels we have stayed we have been informed of "ever second day housekeeping" upon check-in.) All in all, we had a very nice stay.

Rooms were clean with large bathroom. Laundry were available breakfast was with a large variety of foods

The pool area needs to be updated the dryer in the laundry room didn't work and we had to put our clothes in for 2 cycles and they were still damp.

Lovely room overlooking the water. Very comfortable bed. Very welcoming on arrival. Nice bar area and bistro, again overlooking the water. Good meal in the bistro, probably the best we had on a 3 week trip. Added bonus of a free drink ( beer, wine, cocktail) on arrival.

The breakfast facilities and setting were great, and the Staff friendly, but they hadn't quite got it right.

Oxford Inn and Suites properties always provide a good stay. This particular hotel had extremely friendly staff and a very nice bistro on the main floor overlooking the bay. The breakfast was exceptional.  The room was very clean and had a wide soaking tub.

Two small Complaints: The bed had extremely thick pillows with no thinner option available, which I would have preferred. I may have been able to ask for one and wish I had tried. Secondly, the hotel rates in the entire area have risen, a result of Covid, I’m sure. Hoping they adjust to be more reasonable over time.
