I recently (March 2025) stayed at this hotel in Bainbridge for five nights and had a fantastic experience. It’s a smaller hotel with a welcoming atmosphere and an incredibly friendly staff. The location is perfect—directly across from a grocery store and Starbucks, with a gas station next door and a parking garage for convenience. One of the highlights for me was how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary drinks and fresh fruit in the afternoon. If you enjoy walking, this is a great place to stay—there are plenty of nearby paths, including one specifically for dogs. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bainbridge. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff are very nice! the hotel is easy to get to on the beautiful Bainbridge Island. The room was thoroughly clean, nicely laid out, and mostly comfortable. We loved that you could borrow puzzles and books! Breakfast included eggs and tasty make-your-own waffles.

Breakfast was so-so. The only protein was lukewarm bland eggs and peanut butter packs. All the dishes were disposable not even compostable. I would recommend making reservation with them directly not through intermediary because there was an issue with our booking being cancelled (not the hotels fault). The sofa bed is not comfortable.

My room was large and it was a corner room so I had two views. It was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fine but it would be better to have real dairy products for cream rather than artificial stuff. The waffle maker was cool. The room was quiet though it was on the street side so it did have some traffic noise but it wasn't real bad. The bed was very comfortable. The indoor garage is a great feature because it is totally secure and protects you from the elements. Just drive in and take the elevator to your floor. Safeway, Starbucks, pizza and other restaurants are right across the street.

I could never find the switch to turn on the lights beside the bed. They don't have half and half for coffee just the fake coffee creamers. I guess they didn't get the memo yet from Make American Healthy Again.

I had a couple of very good stays at this hotel. Rooms on the top floor in the back of the hotel are very peaceful and quiet. The location's pretty much perfect for convenience in my opinion, with a shopping center across the street and the ferry close by car and even walkable via paved trail (20 mins). Rooms are large, clean, and comfortably equipped. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Parking under the building extremely convenient.

Good location, easy check in and check out, staff was friendly, plenty of parking space under the building.

The water from the sink had a bit of a weird smell to it. I opted to buy some water at the Safeway across the street for brushing teeth and drinking. Might be an issue with the pipes, or the water in Bainbridge might just be like that. Would be a good idea to add a filter to the tap though. Other than that though it was good for the price, nothing out of the ordinary. Bedding was good even if the mattress was a bit rough. TV is very small for the size of the room though.

The Bed was comfortable along with Couch/Bed.

Heat was only available in the bedroom. It got pretty cold in that room it got down into the 20's outside. Something needs to get figured out regarding that. When we checked in On Friday the night worker had a bad attitude, he called the place a hell hole. We asked for a heater so our Grandson could stay warm and we were denied that basic need. When we talked to the staff in the morning they were very helpful.

Great location - close to town center and adjacent to restaurants, stores, and a gas station. There was a great variety in breakfast offerings. Additionally, there were some snacks and drinks available throughout the day. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom organization, fixtures, and products were great.

I honestly can't think of a thing.

Spacious suite, comfortable bed, good ac/heat. Breakfast was OK, waffle griddles, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels, juice and coffee - coffee was good. Location near many eating options and other shopping. Also near schools and public pool. Parking garage under hotel. Good selection of complimentary snacks and beverages in the evening.

No coffee maker in room (listed as an amenity). No sheets in room for hide-a-bed. Hide-a-bed very uncomfortable, not suitable for anyone other than possibly a small child. Rollaway was acceptable. Price was cheaper through booking site than on hotel website.

The property itself was fabulous! The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The windows opened up so we were able to let in some cold air, there was plenty of towels, and they even provided extra sheets and an extra pillow for us to make up the pull out bed from the couch. There was a hot breakfast available to us which had a nice selection of both hot foods and cold foods (and coffee and tea) and they are located right across the street from a shopping center so we had a Safeway and a Starbucks close by! The staff was really friendly! Check in was nice and easy, and they offered us a few different options for transportation since very little is offered on the island. And they even gave us a late check out so that we could walk down to one of the beaches without missing our check out time! We SO appreciated that! Our room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which was really nice, and we had a lovely patio view from our room! Overall it was a really great stay!

Everything about our stay was great!

The staff were amazing. The room was great- clean and very comfortable. I appreciated being able to open the windows. Breakfast and access to snacks and drinks all day. It was thoughtful to have oat milk available . I only wish there were more locations :)

A kettle in the lobby would have been nice to make a proper cup of tea . Magnifying makeup mirror would be good for female travelers . But these are wish list items rather than things I didn’t like - our stay was great
