The manager on duty when we arrived, Jay, was extremely accomodating. We thought we smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, which can sometimes be problematic for us. Jay found a room that had just been vacated which he offered to have cleaned (and then they would have to clean our room as well) if we weren’t comfortable by the next morning. We were going to leave for a wedding that morning, so he even offered to move our things for us. By the next morning, we ended up feeling just fine and stayed in our room all 3 nights. But Jay’s efforts and willingness to be sure that we were completely satisfied and comfortable were greatly appreciated.

Always taking your best shot at finding a decent place to stay when booking online. Whether it's one night or 4, there's always that chance it looks better online than it is in life. At first glance this place wasn't the best but was only going to be there 1 night so check in I did. Oh my! Looks can be deceiving. This place was inviting, cute, quaint, friendly staff and clean. Even being located on hwy 99, it was quiet. Spacious rooms with a desk and chair, ottoman, comfy beds with just as nice pillows, soft bathroom towels with a few toiletries. No ice bucket so assumed no ice machine and didn't see a vending machine. Small table and chairs outside for a cup of Joe or to have a smoke. Small mats in front of every door to wipe your feet. Clean parking lot. Rules to stay by. Deposit required and refunded if the room is still intact and no issues. Convenient location for eateries, grocery stores, gyms. Room door doesn't auto lock. Remember to use key! Welcoming.

The room was clean with all amenities, staff was very friendly, conveniently located nearby the city, parking was easy to access and plenty of spots open, would definitely book again, reviews said it was noisy but I experienced the opposite I didn’t hear any street noise nor did I hear the neighbors.

As a solo female traveler it was a bit nerve wracking walking up to my room it seemed I had eyes on me from other guests lurking while outside for there smoke break which is expected of most motels. That said I could smell the cigarette lingering but nothing too intense in the room. The mattress itself could be updated as it was very springy. The door lock being a physical key wasn’t a big deal just more of an inconvenience for me because it was a little tough to unlock taking longer than average to get into your room.

The room was newly updated and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the room size was more than I expected. It was quieter than I expected with the highway right by.

The door still uses a physical key which felt a little insecure. There was some noise from the other guests, but they quieted down about ten each night so that was okay. Access to the property is a little difficult, you have to drive down to the next light and make a u-turn. You can definitely hear the highway traffic but honestly it wasn't bad.

I really appreciated this place. It's a very reasonable price and when theres no traffic it's only about 25 minutes from downtown Seattle. I was in town for a couple nights to see some live entertainment and didn't want to pay an arm and a leg just to sleep. I found this place. The reviews were quite mixed so I was nervous but I have nothing bad to say really and will stay here again. The staff was very friendly and showed interest in my stay. The room was clean and smelled great and the sheets looked quite new. The amenities are basic but for a clean place to sleep that doesn't cost a fortune when visiting the Seattle area, I highly recommend.

My only complaint as per the other reviewers, they take a $102.50 security deposit. They only refund $100. Not that big of a deal but annoying they charge you their credit card fee for a refundable deposit. I shouldn't have to pay the fee for hotels processes.

At first, I was wondering what I got myself into. A long list of 'do nots', including prostitution, under age, visitors, drugs, etc. to sign and I noticed there seemed to be some longer-term residents living there, but I was pleasantly surprised that the place was clean and guests were respectful. Mostly nice cars parked in the lot so figured it was okay for me as a single woman (plus, having to sign the 'do not' form, I figured they must keep tabs on activity). My class (in Edmonds) teacher asked where I was staying and he said there is a rough part of Hwy 99, but not this particular area so that was a relief. I also saw the owner?/manager? a few times picking up, sweeping the parking lot and just checking on things. The room was very clean and looked to be well maintained and all in working order. Bed was very comfortable - perhaps even memory foam. I had some issues with the pillows (too hard for my taste), but the manager gave me another to use that allowed me to sleep better the rest of my stay. WinCo is close as well as an Asian market in the opposite direction. Room has a fridge and microwave so food purchased at WinCo down the street were simple to heat and eat.

The walls are thin and for two nights the next door neighbor had the TV on fairly loud 'til close to midnight. The "constant fan" button on the wall unit provided enough white noise to mask most of it thankfully, but I'm a light sleeper so these things make sleep difficult everywhere. I heard the other neighbor's TV a couple mornings, but I was up early for class and they had the volume much quieter than the other guest.

Convenient to Edmonds ferry and I-5 freeway. Exceptionally clean, quiet, updated bathroom, microwave and mini-refrigerator, comfortable bed and pillows. Though an older facility, well-kept up, nicely painted inside and out. Very adequate safe parking within fenced property. Friendly, gracious and readily accessible management. Not at all fancy but all the basics I needed at an extremely reasonable price.

The room’s phone was not functioning.

The location just north of Seattle was very convenient. While the property is older, the owners have put a great deal of effort and investment into updating the facilities inside and out. The bedding and sheets were brightly colored and brand new. The painting was fresh inside and out. The floors were also new. Even the parking lot was freshly paved and painted.

We liked everything.

Parking is a bit wonky...my husband is handicapped and there wasnt a dedicated spot for our room and had to park across the lot one night. A couple nights where long term residents were a bit noisy but after 10 pm it wasnt bad. No mirror in the room was a bit odd :)

The motel was conveniently located off of Hwy 99 and very close to I-5. Within walking distance to Ranch 99, Asian/non-Asian restaurants, Winco. Our room included a kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave oven, and larger than average mini-refrigerator (w/larger than average freezer) that held all of our perishables, staff was super friendly and helpful.
