My compliments to Safi (hopefully I have that right) at the front desk. He was managing 2 or 3 people at the same time when I was registering and did it very professionally and always with a smile. I found the room to be very comfortable with a comfy bed, large desk, oversize mini fridge, microwave, lots of counter space for toiletries- great for a 3 day stay. There was some construction next door but the room was very nice & quiet nonetheless. The fire alarm went off on the 2nd day - guests, please don't smoke in your room!! The staff took immediate action for the safety of their guests. Well Done!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I had accidentally selected the "AM time of arrival" when trying to request checking in early, so on the way to our hotel I tried fixing it in the app and upon arriving I double checked with the front desk worker if we were okay to still check in early, he looked up my booking and checked if our room was ready and said it was perfectly fine for us to be early despite my small mix up on the app.

I dont have any complaints! The night stay was very nice!

The room booked did not come through from booking.com to the hotel as disabled access. However the manager was very helpful with sorting the problem out. The breakfast was good with a waffle maker. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quite with ample parking.

There appears to be a prostitution ring operating on the 3rd floor. They actually were no problem at all but there is the risk that their managers on site might be armed posing a security risk.

Friendly staff, convenient breakfast, good location (many restaurants and a Costco nearby), free parking, comfortable and very clean beds and pillows, affordable. If you have a car, it is a good place to stay (25 minutes to downtown Seattle where you can park for around $15 for 9am-9pm). The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after a long day of walking.

Breakfast could be until 9:30. The coffee in the room is not good (coffee bags).

The bed pillows are very comfortable. I enjoyed the bathroom ceiling heater during my morning showers. The ample free parking was appreciated.

During my 7 day stay, the tv in my room didn’t work. Each day, staff promised to fix the problem but never followed through. Empty promises. It was frustrating to ask for a remedy every day.

This hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment we checked in. Rahul, at the front desk, was a very welcoming staff member!! He was very helpful to us!! Our room, #212, was exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, nice fresh towels and washcloths, bath amenities. We loved the in-room coffeemaker, and there is a mini frig. Wifi works well! Continental breakfast was delicious--coffee, toast, yogurt, milk, cereals, bananas, bottled water, waffles, juices. Couldn't ask for more!! Can walk to restaurants in the area. The price for the room was very reasonable.

Nice and clean beds. Very comfy. Staff is really nice. Seattle is expensive to stay and with this motel you get good value for your money.

It is a very old building but they keep everything very clean.

I've stayed here before and will again. The rooms are comfortable, as are the beds.

This location is way north of downtown Seattle. There was some construction going on next door, but they stopped before my bedtime, so I was not kept awake.

Staff very friendly, clean and well-kept property. Newly repainted outside. Front desk workers always welcome with a smile and good attitude! Would recommend staying at this property for your travels!

Nothing to complain about

The room was fine in size, if it had enough towels, pillows and toiletries.

The room smelled weird , so I immediately opened the windows to air it out and sprayed perfume. My recommendation is to open the windows while cleaning it.
