The staff was amazing --- the environment in the lobby with the plants was welcoming and each of the staff members behind the desk and maintenance ere great to interact with. The manager at the time even stopped us right before we entered the room because of a smell in the room reported by his staff as we were checking in and immediately gave us a new room. The location is perfect as well --- it was quiet but 5 min to restaurants/shopping and freeway access.

If you are looking for a stay that has the 'bells and whistles' of a new facility on the outside ---- this isn't it, but the charm on the inside of the rooms and the environment makes it well worth the 1-2 nights. Wish there was some sort of breakfast options, but all good ---

Friendly staff and exceptionally clean. Great spacious room with the ability to open a window and get fresh air. Airy lobby. Housekeeping was excellent and flexible. Front desk staff very responsive.

A microwave that evidently worked, just not for me. The fan in the bathroom was annoying and could not be turned off. To be fair, we were offered the opportunity to switch rooms. The parking area was a little difficult to navigate and it wasn't clear if it was for two way or one way traffic.

Fabulous lobby with incredible plants- tall and lush! Very helpful, welcoming front desk staff! Handicapped accessible parking. Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, flat-screen TV, fridge with freezer, microwave in the room. No charge for ice for my cooler. Good water pressure for the shower. Very good ventilation. AC.

No way to turn the fan off which is on in the whole building . It gets noisy. The bathroom door is too close to the toilet when open

Since the moment my family and I checked in the staff were super accommodating and friendly! The hotel itself is very cute and clean. My daughter was very antsy from being on the road all day and the gentleman at the front counter was so sweet and offered her a cookie which cheered her up real quick! My daughter was offered a cookie every day we stayed at the hotel. Any hotel that makes even my daughter feel welcome is an amazing hotel to me. We will be sure to stay here again in the future !

I have been here for the 4th times and each time the front desk welcome us with free upgrade to king size room and we are coming again and again to get relaxed and enjoy our stay in Washington, we are coming from vancouver and we will see them again in couple months! Thank you Hotel International to give us really good price and great facilities. Coffee, apple and banana is always ready no matter if it is morning or night! Staff was polite, timely. Attentive and wanted us to be comfortable. Very sweet to offer a cookie at the desk on checking in.

Really, nothing. Management was very concerned that we would smoke on the property in the room, but I’m assuming that they must have had some bad experience in the past and just wanted to take care of the property. I can appreciate that because I am NOT a smoker and would be really disappointed to have a room smelling of smoke!

Great location , convenient with everything around, walking distance to shopping malls banks restaurants supermarkets. What I like the most is Mr. Han is a great boss there , super thoughtful and understanding, professional and sweet, fast acting on everything, really think of the guests interest not only for money, i really appreciate their hospitality! It’s a place you won’t regret ! I only wish their business will thrive for hundreds of years

When flash toilet it squeaks

Looks just like the pictures on line. Big room, great staff( really nice , healpful,), clean room, hotel, grounds. Apples , bananas and coffee everyday. Really nice peaceful walk across the street, Starbucks up the street maybe 1/2 mile. Rates per night are great. Glass elevator. Which was great for me because I don't like them.

Toilet flushes slow. One night had a screaming child. But only for a bit and not late.

The kindness of the front staff made me feel good. And everything in the room suited me well. Above all, the floor of the room was not carpet, so it was very comfortable for me and my child with asthma. Also, there was no building in front of this hotel, so it was very nice to be able to keep the windows open without closing the curtains.

The Hotel International looked like a standard, not fussy hotel option. We booked it because of its proximity to our friends and Edmonds. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised! The hotel staff and owners made us feel like we were staying in their home. They were kind and attended to any needs we had. The rooms were not fancy, but they were roomy and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again, and have more cookies!
