I have been here for the 4th times and each time the front desk welcome us with free upgrade to king size room and we are coming again and again to get relaxed and enjoy our stay in Washington, we are coming from vancouver and we will see them again in couple months! Thank you Hotel International to give us really good price and great facilities. Coffee, apple and banana is always ready no matter if it is morning or night! Great location , convenient with everything around, walking distance to shopping malls banks restaurants supermarkets. What I like the most is Mr. Han is a great boss there , super thoughtful and understanding, professional and sweet, fast acting on everything, really think of the guests interest not only for money, i really appreciate their hospitality! It’s a place you won’t regret ! I only wish their business will thrive for hundreds of years

When flash toilet it squeaks

The lobby is beautiful and the location is quiet. Room was clean and supplies and towels were all there. Easy to get to the freeway and highway. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.

The bed frame was squeaky and the heater is really noisy. Decor in the rooms is pretty out dated. If you give them a check in time don't expect to be able to check in early. I picked an estimated check in of 3-4. I showed up just after 2 and the room was not ready.

It was very clean and much better than I expected for the price. The LRT station is an easy 20 min walk, although they recommended uber after dark for safety reasons.

There was a little bit of noise in the hallways. It was minimal and no more than any other hotel, except that there are no carpets so you could hear people passing through the hallways if you're a light sleeper.

Location easily accessible to Metro & Amtrak & city buses but set back enough from busy 196th to give peace & quiet. Housekeeping staff very efficient & accomodating & friendly. Front desk personnel Always gave friendly / welcoming greeting & was always approachable if I had questions.

We had a great stay! The staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect for us — close to everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

There was a constant knocking sound in the bathroom pipes whenever water was used in a nearby room. It was a bit disturbing at times

I like the location was close to shops was easy to get food and all my need. The place is quiet and safe. The room was big, clean and good The staff were so kind and helpful

I will suggest for at least two of complimentary bottles of drinking water in the fridge. 2.There a bit of leakage smell in the toilet which can be fixed.

This is a very clean, well organized and well outfitted facility. The family managing the hotel is obviously very dedicated to the property -- and it shows. I will be back. While the mattress in my room is sagging and in need of immediate replacement, bedding quality and everything else in the room was great.

This property was clean, comfortable, and safe. Parking was free and we were only a short distance to public transit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that there wasn’t much seating in the room. It would have been nice to have an extra seat.

During our visit, the main HVAC unit for the lobby (large atrium-style) was down, and it was very cold. The room was comfortable, but always very cold in the halls and lobby area. We stayed for four days, and it was a bit of a cold-snap for the region, so there may have been a backlog of heating repairs, and difficult to obtain a timely fix.
