It's a charming historic hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is actually delicious, which is rare. The front desk also accommodated an especially late checkout for me, which was extremely helpful.
The location is convenient for the train station, but too far for the convention center. At night, the surrounding area also feels a bit dangerous and I was hesitant to walk alone. Also, the American practice of hiding all sorts of hidden fees and taxes is infuriating. Each night as this hotel will be at least 30% more expensive than advertised, which feels deceptive. Booking.com should include all the relevant costs upfront!

Solid breakfast buffet, and GF options, too. Loved the towel teddy bear on the bed. Appreciated the makeup mirror. Great idea to have a permanent rug in the bathroom in addition to the bath mat; that way, we can walk in the bathroom on a dry rug, rather than either a wet bath mat or cold tile. BLESS YOU for including a kettle in the coffee nook. On behalf of tea drinkers everywhere, we thank you profusely. And your cups don't smell & taste of coffee. Bonus! We had dinner by the fire in lobby and it was cozy. The waiter was funny and attentive.
Only one cup was in the room so we had to run downstairs and ask for a second mug. The room could also have used a little more dusting, but otherwise, was fine.

The Arctic Club Hotel is a classic era hotel located perfectly in the heart of Seattle. The lobby, reception, bar and common areas will transport you to another time. The staff are amazing, friendly and hospitable. The Polar Bar is a wonderful area to have evening meals and drinks or relax after a busy day touring. The rooms are classicly decorated and very comfortable. Beds, linens and pillows are very nice. Bathrooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast in the Juno room is beyond good. This hotel is located in the perfect location if you use public transportation during your stay. The light rail and virtually every bus line connects directly in front of the hotel. You will not need to rent a car if you stay here. Ferries to other areas are walking distance away as is Pike Place Market and Pioneer Square. If you are seeking a classic experience in a piece of Seattle history, I can't imagine you can do better than this hotel. Highly recommended.
The area near this hotel and most of Pioneer Square is the center of Seattle's homeless population. Also sirens are heard frequently throughout the day and night. These might be issues for those who are not used to this.

Breakfast is excellent. The view from the room was the worst. I stayed in a room with a street view on a former trip which was better. The food service for meals other than the breakfast could be a lot better, I did not like that a 20% tip was included when the waitress did not deserve it. The hotel is wonderful otherwise and I really enjoyed my stay.
Food service outside of breakfast was not great. When it’s cold and wet outside and I don’t want to walk around with a whole bunch of street people, food service in the facility is a plus. I’ve visited the hotel twice and both times I would say that food service was a weak point.

Front desk staff was very kind and courteous! Had provided a complimentary pastry and information about the facilities. Valet staff and security personnel were very kind as well! Rooms are quiet, cannot hear the guest next to you! Stunning view of the Smith Tower! The hotel is charming, I think you’ll like it. :)
There is the mini fridge in the room, it is a little noisy from time to time but not consistently noisy. Trays for the breakfast would be a nice addition but not necessary, there is a beautiful dining area for breakfast.

I love the fact that they try to maintain the original hotel as much as possible, its like stepping back in time when I walked in the lobby. The Valet service gave me piece of mind and we highly recommend everyone goes and buys a drink from Mike at the hotel bar!
The location as far as distances from attractions is amazing and a reason we will be returning to this hotel, but the views from the room are a bit of a let down with the lot across the street on the south side of the building.

Beautiful hotel with ballroom and lobby, as well as upscale cocktail lounge. Incredible staff. Definitely a fun spot for an upscale staycation or romantic getaway. View was phenomenal from our Jacuzzi suite. Haunted history gave the hotel a Steven King vibe which I loved. Even got stuck on the 5th floor around 3 am like legend says!
Room was in need of repairs and had damage for what the price was. Some dated features like a speaker system that did not connect to Bluetooth and still played CDs as space filler.

An historic building. Exquisite lobby and bar. The history was why I chose to stay at this property and I was not disappointed. My room was good as well – a good size, if not huge, with a desk area for working and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style and pretty good.
We had a small discrepancy where the hotel charged me on my closing folio for a room service item that I did not take/use. This was quickly rectified on contacting the hotel by email.

Loved the theme of the hotel. We arrived in Seattle early in the morning and were able to drop off our luggage at the hotel and park (there is concierge parking, but note that it is NOT included if you book through booking.com-- we found a cheaper option around the corner after learning this). Conveniently located within walking distance of Pike Place market and other downtown sights. We enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar. Breakfast was a buffet in the connected restaurant and was quite good.
Parking is NOT included if you book through booking.com

the room was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was wonderfully set with a variety choice.
I didn't like the location of the hotel. we came in late at night and felt like our only option was to pay for valet. The second thing I noticed was the bedroom pillows were uncomfortable. they were too thick! Last thing, I felt I was getting judged by how I looked- but not by the staff but by other guests. it made me feel uncomfortable. I was dressed but i felt i was being judged by my appearance
