We stayed at a spacious corner room with the city and water views. We enjoyed everything about the room and the hotel in general.

I was bothered by the staff knocking on our door two nights in a row 10 minutes after our arrival, just to ask if we needed anything. I can call the reception if I need anything, no need to send someone every night. And then, on the day of our departure, they barged into the room when we were still in bed, with the intention to clean it. They obviously have a way of checking if we were in. That was weird. On a less serious note, the design of the bathtub with the water spout coming out of the ceiling is just ridiculous.

An exceptional spot to stay in downtown Seattle. The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless, with luxurious touches that make the stay extra special. The location is perfect. A short walk to Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Highly recommend.

Spacious rooms, attentive staff, central location. The hotel provided umbrellas for us out of towners.

We were initially given room without a view even though I paid extra on booking.com for a higher level room with view. It also didn’t have room for roll away bed if the sofa bed was opened up, which made it hard to fit 2 adults and 2 children (who didn’t want to be both on sofa bed). The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated us with a higher level room (apparently worth more than what booking.com charged) and did their best to compensate for the miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com. The room I booked through booking.com apparently did not exist at the hotel, so I asked hotel to communicate with booking.com and vice versa.

Our door guy was the best and his service was above and beyond. He knew us by name and took great care of us. We also let them know how we appreciate their service $$. The housekeeping was the best too .. and my husband loved coming back in the evening to his lavender and bed all ready to get on bed. Service was great !!

There was a mix-up with the room that we reserved, but the staff in the hotel did so much to help out, from getting us a better room, to making up our room twice in a day, to reimbursing us for parking. Couldn't have asked for better service. Lovely room, lovely views, excellent location.

Location was fantastic, staff were great.

Room needs some TLC. There was a buildup of dust on the carpet around the glass wall that looked into the bathroom. The vent near the ceiling had what looked like black mold on it. The drop down ceiling in the bathroom was stained. Our coffee cups needed to be rinsed the first day as there was dust inside them. Not what you'd expect for the price paid.

Great location, restaurant downstairs was delicious, but most importantly the staff and room service were exceptional. They took care of things I didn’t even realize I needed.

It was expensive but I don’t take many trips like these, so it was worth the splurge.

Very friendly. There was a moment where I was looking for an ice machine and that’s when the lady from the front told me to call it in for room service. Next thing you know a man comes with a table with bags of ice and ask me how many i would like. Very amazed by the experience that I had.

Staff, room with best views ever!! The restaurant, All Water, had to be the best hotel restaurant we have ever encountered. We are old and have traveled to over 80 countries, this hotel experience will always stand out.

We had an overall great experience :we enjoyed the location, the attentive and professional staff, as well as our beautiful, clean, and comfortable rooms.

Gluten free options at breakfast were limited to eggs fruit and yogurt.Would have expected at least toast and gf granola given the very high standard of the property.
