The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious and exceeded expectations. The facilities were very clean. There was a lot of options for dining out in the area and was very close to public transport.

I was a little frustrated that there weren’t enough towels in the room for the amount of people staying in the room. I think that there should be enough towels in the room for the expected occupancy of the room. The front desk did give us more towels when requested, but it would be nice to not have to ask. It would also be nice to have more table space.

The location is next to the rail. Right off the freeway. 30 minutes north of Seattle. Typical breakfast. Biscuits/gravy, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, coffee, etc. The beds were ok. One of ours was kinda squeaky. So maybe some beds need an upgrade. Shower pressure and toilet pressure are great. Showers run super warm which is nice. Overall an 8/10.

Although the room was generally clean. I feel like they could have been a little cleaner. Some walls were visibly dirty, and the floors felt like there was "sand" in some some spots. I had to reach behind the center nightstand because something dropped, and there were tons of dust bunnies and some garbage that got overlooked. It's just a lack of paying attention to details and being a little more thorough. It wasn't awful, but it could have used a better once over. I'd give the cleanliness about a 6/10.

Great location for connection to I-5 and Soundlink station nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good selection for breakfast - both hot and cold options. Has washer/dryer, especially convenient for people like me who stayed for 2 weeks.

Would like to see less plastic. Other hotels install shampoo and bodywash dispensers that are refilled rather than using tiny plastic tubes of body wash and shampoo. Would like the option of green tea tea bags instead of just the Lipton black tea bags.

Great price! We felt safe here and didn’t struggle to find parking. We didn’t have to pay to park. There is construction going on in the area, but we didn’t hear any of it. They had directv channels and the staff were nice. Good breakfast! Would definitely come back for the price we paid!

The room wasn’t 100% clean. The mattresses seem old because when we would sit on the bed it would sink in and if you are sleeping too close to the side you could fall so we slept in the middle of the bed. You can hear your neighbors if they are being loud. Yes not everything was perfect, but for the price you pay its a good stay!

I loved that check in was at 3pm and checkout was at 12. More time to relax. The pool was stocked with towels, literally no one there and has a Bluetooth u can pair with your phone to enjoy some jams while swimming. The coffee was pretty good, the breakfast was ok, the staff were very efficient and kind. The room was spacious, and beds were comfy.

There was some stains on the bathroom door that looked kinda sus, there was some stains on the dressers as well. There could be more drink variety for breakfast and the power in the room took us long to figure out - turns out u need the room key to power it.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. There was free coffee and hot water available on the first floor at all times. The breakfast had many options, and the food tasted quite good. Previously, I saw some reviews saying that by around 8 AM during the breakfast hours of 6 to 9 AM, there wasn’t much food left. However, during our stay, we noticed the restaurant staff replenishing scrambled eggs and yogurt even at 8:50 AM, which was really nice.

The hotel is very clean and staff was very friendly. I especially liked the flavored water located in the lobby. It was very refreshing after a long days drive. The breakfast was good, and the location for the pet area was very convenient.

I do not like the location of the washing machine. It is very strange to me that you have to walk through the exercise room and the pool to go outside to the laundry. I did not feel comfortable with the location, so I did not use it, although I was planning on it.

The rate for three nights was reasonable for the area. The room was large and adequate, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. On the third floor, it was nice and quiet without Lightrail construction noises nor noises from other rooms. The hotel has laundry, pool and hot tub available to the guests. Right off the I-5, it is conveniently located to drive either north or south.

The room could use another chair and a side table but as it was furnished it was fine for our stay.

Nice breakfast with ample seating. The room was good sized. It is a clean facility. I especially liked the energy savings features in the room. Use one key card to power up the room. Asian hotels have been doing that for decades. Timers for bathroom room lights and fan are great. The back lighted vanity mirror is awesome.

It would be wonderful to have a second sitting chair or loveseat in the other corner by the floor lamp. There is ample space.

Nice facility right at the light rail north terminus and relatively easy access from I 5. There was some road noise. Breakfast options were standard. Nice pool. Very comfortable bed. Good value for the Seattle area, including free parking.

Interesting power/lighting: card activation to turn heat on but also activated bathroom mirror light which glowed all night (sink around corner from sleeping area). Towels on the thinner side.
