The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a Target , supermarket and a couple of restaurants across the street as well as a Trader Joe’s in the next block, making it extremely convenient even without a car. The complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of offerings. Efficient and friendly front desk staff !

The dining room was packed during breakfast. It was Labor Day weekend so it was understandable . But if they could have found some way to resolve this problem I would have given them a 10.

Rachel was very helpful and attentive and receptive to my efforts to give extra options to others. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning our room and breakfast clerk was unobtrusive but friendly. Excellent breakfast choices (*You should advertise you offer a diabetic friendly breakfast) and just excellent stay across the board guarantee we'll use it as our Seattle base.

DIDN'T like the EXTRA $15 parking charge! For a $200 a night room, it's a bit much.

The breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly, and the location was good with a vehicle, although maybe not great for someone who planned on walking everywhere.

The pool was a bit on the cold side, although still enjoyable. The only real downside was that our room had some kind of rattling noise that seemed to be coming from inside the wall. We were on the top floor so it wasn’t people above us, more like a mechanical sound. It wasn’t that noticeable during the day but at night when it was quiet it made it hard to sleep.

I didn’t like that it wasn’t disclosed to me that you are charged $15 on top of what you already pay for the room just to park in their parking lot each night… how ridiculous I feel like the amount you pay for your stay should be included with that.. I have never heard of a hotel charging you a fee to park your car. Found that out after I got home and seen the $15 charge on my account

Love Hampton always have Breakfast was nice as usual and the kitchen staff were on their toes great

It was Expensive. We booked because we had to find a clean place to stay so as much as I love Hampton it’s the most expensive I’ve Ever paid for one. Oh and trash bags were forgotten which isn’t a huge deal but they were

The room was cold. Even with the wall control. When I bumped the control up it would go back down. If it were a hotter area that would be okay but it was chilly.

Wonderful breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Really nice, clean rooms. I don't normally sleep well in hotels, but I slept like a baby here.

Made the booking through Booking.com and it never went through to the hotel. I have heard of this happening often with Booking.com. The hotel was booked, but they made it happen for us. Who is accountable when the hotel can't scrounge up a room?

We had 2 suite rooms for 5 adults (1 was 6 m pregnant) 2 kids. Hot water lasted more then 5 min. Which was nice after spending 6 hrs walking around at the zoo. Beds were great. Pool area nice and clean. Breakfasts were ok. Shopping across the street to gather food etc so we didn't have to eat out.

Sofa beds were not comfortable. Not much choice for breakfast. The standard waffle/mini ones are always great. I would of put sausage gravy in the huge oatmeal vat and that would of been ate up fast.

The location of this hotel was excellent. It was within walking distance of a Target, REI, Dave and Busters and some other stores. The hotel was also very close to downtown Bellevue and only a 15 minute drive to Seattle downtown area. It did have a parking fee but it was quite reasonable compared to downtown Seattle. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was incredible.

I really dislike the paper plates, bowls and drinking cups and glasses all being paper and the utensils being plastic. Not good for the planet and unpleasant to use.
