Location was good. The breakfast was decent and nice variety.

There could have been some fruit options. The only issue was the last day there, there was a drunk woman in the front dining area. We were trying to relax and hang out and she was loud, obnoxious and totally inappropriate. The bad thing was, staff did nothing to stop her and they kept giving her more wine (at 1 pm). At one point she dumped her wine on someone’s computer.

Room was comfortable. Shuttle was convenient.

Breakfast was limited by comparison to other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Same thing 3 days in a row. I heard from one of the guests this was due to renovations. No place close by to pickup supplemental food. / Are some of the guests migrants? One was overly friendly and curious about me. A couple other groups were non-English speaking and seemed to be in no hurry to eat and go out.

The front staff was excellent and the hotel is in such a convenient location. They have a shuttle to different locations as well as to the airport. They also had guest laundry services available. We would definitely recommend staying at this location. Thank you!

The room was great, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. Breakfast was ok, every day was the same thing so not much of a selection & always crowded. The location was great for us. This hotel is always very busy. The staff seems overworked. We asked for a room away from the freeway and got it, it was very quiet.

A nicer selection of breakfast foods would be good & it would be nice to have half/half for coffee instead of the sweet creamers provided. Did not appreciate the fire alarm going off at 6:00 am one morning! No apology or explanation was ever given.

The hotel is located near the airport which was very convenient. The associates were friendly. The breakfast was very good.

I did not notice that when I booked a single queen bed that the actual room was barely bigger than the bed. If I had noticed that, I would have chosen a larger room.

I think it was a great trip you made us comfortable and my service dog got alot of extra love. It was quite busy and no room to sit in lobby or dining area but over all staff went out of their way to keep us all happy. We will stay again.thamk you. I'd like to see senior discounts more.

Very unhappy with he transportation service to the cruise port. Either your book needs to be updated or they should not be changing the price. We had 8 people so a van was required. We were quoted by your hotel staff 105.00 and that was confirmed by the transport service. Hours later the transport service got back to your staff and said it was 120.00 one way. I know it was only 15.00 difference BUT it's the principle. Your staff was not at fault at all. And the transport place was 45 mins late picking us up. Will NOT use this service again.

The staff here are phenomenal!! We were given a voucher here on the way into town, due to our flight being delayed, but on the way back, I chose this location again. It was safe, the staff make you feel welcomed, there's a shuttle, breakfast and you can buy snacks.

My room didn't have hot water... But my parents' room did, so there's that.

The shuttle service was amazing!!! All the drivers were friendly and helpful. An excellent service that made our stay so much better. The front desk staff were also extremely helpful.

I found that the bed was not as comfortable as I have had at other Hampton Inns. Also the layout of the breakfast area was a little crowded.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was especially convenient for me. I had a nice, quiet room.

I thought the carpet was kind of ugly but that didn't affect my stay. That's just my taste. Others may like it.
