Breakfast as little better than some for a continental breakfast, they did provide warm food with hand full of selection so it didn't get boring and they have very accessible eating area and constant access to coffee and hot water that i had the pleasure to have at any time i feel the need with handful of choices. The location is literally close just the border of the shopping aree so convenient enough to drive, walk or taxi close by. Above average in many area i believe.

if your expecting room with a view? it is not it, Not any where of the mountain or beach or for a scenic venue.

All amenities met our expectations including breakfast.

Booking.com messed up our reservation for the the two rooms. The hotel staff Dee said our reservation number from Booking .com does not correlate with their reservation number so he could not locate our reservations for quite some time from his computer. That delayed us and we were so tired and had two little kids that we needed to get into our rooms! Dee finally found our Hilton honors membership and he realized that Booking.com misspelled my last name or first name with two c?! Ricco or Ccayetano so it was not coming up on his computer. I will never use Booking.com next time cuz whoever did our reservation did not care or bother to ensure our names are spelled correctly!

Staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming. We arrived early but our room was made available immediately, with no early Checkin charge. Our room was very clean. We found the beds comfortable and slept well. No problems with road traffic or airport noise. Good to have an iron and hairdryer available. Decent choice at breakfast buffet (the kids loved the pancake machine and I appreciated the almond milk), we ate very well. We also enjoyed using the pool table in the reception area - nice touch! Bus 150 outside hotel takes you to downtown Seattle in around 30 minutes. We would definitely stay again.

The airport transport was unavailable on the day we arrived but we were reimbursed $20 of our Uber ride after emailing the receipt to reception ($41 from SeaTac). There was a strong smell of bleach when we walked into the room. Great to know the bathroom was very clean but we couldn’t open the window to air it out.

Clean, spacious room, nice breakfast bar, decent location. EV charging in the parking lot. Good service and quick, smooth check-in. We were traveling by car and needed a room to stay for the night. Conveniently located, and had EV chargers in the parking lot. Worked well for us.

No coffee/tea equipment in the room (but there was free coffee in the lobby).

Location, close to good restaurants without having to get on the freeway. Theater and lots of shopping close by…and the soccer park. I enjoyed the open layout on the main floor for eating breakfast and the family room feel around the pool table area where we could all gather, all 7 of us. I would have liked it better if our rooms had a door between them. No room service , had too ask for clean towels the next day. The concierge knew nothing about the buses other than there was a stop near by. No schedule info.

I am sure that I will book this hotel next time I travel to Seattle. The location is great (as there are great stores nearby), the facilities in good shape, but above all the friendly staff.

At night there was a party next door. It was a bit uncomfortable, though I called the reception, and they managed to improve the whole situation.

The location was conveniently located close to a shopping center and close to the airport. The staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly! Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. I loved that the hotel offered a free shuttle bus service to the airport! I also loved that the hotel had free parking. So many amenities in the hotel, such as a billiard table, work area, comfortable seating in the main lobby, fitness center, and a laundry room. The room was plenty big for us, clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Road noise as stated above. The listing said they didn’t have a shuttle, so we hired Ubers to get to hotel from airport…..turns out they do have a shuttle from 7:30 am to 9 pm….so if we travel there again we know.

The included breakfast was basic but sustaining, and offered a variety of foods. As some were consumed, they were replaced quickly. The room was extra large, well air conditioned, and very clean. the pillows were so fluffy, like putting your head on a cloud! Excellent value for money, with great care given by all staff.

Position not absolutely ideal for some travellers, but suited me well as a transit stay on my way to Canada.

The lobby had an adequate supply of coffee and hot water, cups and water fountain a nice touch. Pool table in the lobby and extra furniture encouraging socializing was nice. The receptionist Lupe was very welcoming and nice. Close to Westfield Shopping Mall and Southcenter.

The room was a bit small. Not enough towels. Large plastic containers of soap difficult to use.
