We had a gift from the gods with meeting our receptionist who helped us get a room. We travelled from honolulu got completely scammed lost most our money and got a plane to seattle where we booked at motel 6 we ended up at the wrong motel but the lady named Mariah helped us with ease and calmness and an abundance of love and got us a room for same price on the spot. She was so sympathetic fast and they most lovely person that we have come across in the states. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a real human connection and a amazing bed and clean amenities

The day we were to leave I mixed up the check out time and the NICEST Lady came to our room about 1245pm ! Mind you I thought check was at 12 noon NO SIR it was at 11am!! So here we are almost 2 hours late to check out and she says ......." Just so you know check out was at 11 so next time just let us know you need more time." I reply with ...." OMG !! Do we owe anything cuz of such a late check out ? " She replies..... " Oh no no it's ok sweetie just please remember next time." Now where on the heck is anyone so sweet?? Like no where in Fife, Tacoma or Lakewood would that ever happen again!! Whomever you are You were ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY THE MOST FRIENDLY & COURTEOUS staff members we have ever met!! I THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!! Wish I would have gotten her name cuz she difently deserve some praise!! I do believe she was possible a manager on Jan 28th 2024 it was a Sunday. Today as a matter of fact!! Lol

The people next to us were fighting all night long .

The staff was very helpful & nice. Anytime I needed something they were able to help me with what it was I asked for. They never were annoyed or rude at my requests which is very refreshing because now a days it's very hard to receive good customer service. Thank you staff we really appreciate it?!!

I love the staff here. They’re friendly n try to make sure the guests r happy n their concerns if any r addressed fast n efficiently.

The housekeepers should probably b given classes on how to actually clean the rooms properly n maybe how to communicate with the guests could really really help both the guests the housekeeper’s as well as the motel itself.

I liked that we had chosen a smoking room, but you never would have known it. I don't smoke so it was awesome that I didn't smell anything. Ivonne was very friendly as were ladies during day. Kudos to your housekeeping staff.

The little toiletries. But I understand that because of the rise in cost of everything, sometimes things are sacrificed. So that wasn't really a big deal.

The front desk clerk was really sweet and welcoming. The beds were comfy and the room was overall really nice for the price, and I felt safe there also..

The only real problem was an odd repetitive noise coming through the wall. I think it was from the nearby laundry room but not sure. But it stopped before too late, so I got enough sleep, though it started up again fairly early. We were in room 253.

I really liked that the entire property was well lit and I felt safe that my vehicle was safe. The staff are really friendly and although the location isn't the greatest the rooms are clean , comfortable,and quiet. Best value!

No microwave, fridge

The staff at this location are amazing the young man that checked me in was more then helpful and he always carries a smile on his face, very attentive to the guests that stay here. He will be the reason I keep coming back, I'm sorry I don't remember his name I wish I did so that he can get the credit he deserves. 😢

The ice machine is far from me. Hahaha other then that nothing.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!”

The rooms are really clean and the staff is very friendly and professional every time I stay here. There is also a Starbucks next door, as well as many other places to eat and shop

The freeway side of the building can be noisy at times but the location is also very convient to get on and off of Interstate 5 too.
