Of all the places I have stayed in the area this property has by far been the best. I do not care about things being updated, I’m not checking into a luxury spa, but I do care about clean and it was clean. I love that they are basically apartment duplexes which means I don’t have to traips through the lobby and say hello to anyone (I’m an introvert). I reserved the queen suite with a fireplace and it was great - spacious with natural light. Also, I never sleep well in hotels but I had a very good, restful one here. It was so quiet. I will be returning to the Residence Inn. You cannot beat it for the value.

We love this place. We travel to Washington a few times a year to visit family. We appreciate the convenience of having a home like environment away from home. The breakfast offerings are perfect. A in the room fireplace creates a wonderfully cozy atmosphere for us all. Having 2 bathrooms and upstairs bedding provides the privacy and comfort. Parking is ample and secure and visitors are welcome without and extra charge or hassle. The in unit kitchen is pretty much just like what you'd have at any home. Refrigerator full size, microwave and stove/ oven set with pots and dishes toaster and cutlery too! It's All Good! There are even laundry facilities a pool and tennis court. Right next door is a convenience store. What more could any travelers ask for? Well there's more. Staff are AWESOME! Kind and considerate, helpful and professional. Stay here you won't be disappointed...I guarantee.

The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The suite was amazing! Did not know it was going to look like this. You will be pleasantly surprised when you open the door. The suite was very clean and accommodating to 5 people needs and continental breakfast was a plus as well

It shares a parking lot with a Sinclair and also another building so traffic was wonky, also my building # was hidden behind a giant tree so it was hard to tell where I was actually going unless I got out of my car and walked to where I thought it was just to double check

Paying for parking seemed a bit much. There is no way to get there but drive and then there is nothing around it to walk to so paying for parking didn't add ANY value to the stay. I've stayed here several times and had not had to pay before.

The comfort of the sofa bed but that’s how sofa beds go I guess. Also could have used an additional blanket, I’m sure I could have asked for one but it was 2:00 am after the Taylor Swift concert and I exhausted!!

We only stayed for less than 12 hours. We chose this property due to it's close proximity to the airport. Comfy, spacious enough for our family of 5! Would stay again!

Wasnt aware at time of booking dwelling was only accessible by stairs. It was a little timeconsuming with two bad knees and bad hip.

The location was great and the way the hotel is set up is also nice. I like that you can enter your room without having to enter the main building. It's like an apartment complex the way it's set up only way quieter. It's a nice place to stay.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing I could suggest is seating or lawn furniture on the decks or outside this sliding glass doors.

Very welcoming and friendly front desk person. The room was lovely and immaculate upon arrival. I received a call shortly after checking in from the office to verify everything was in order and I was happy with the accommodations. Nice touch. I had my dog with me and they welcomed him with a little bag of healthy treats and a nice dog waste bag container.

The only issue at all was cigarette butts on the grounds outside of my room along with empty beer can which I picked up. Overall the grounds were lovely and plenty of areas for my doggie.
