Best hotel breakfast ever! Nice big breakfast/lobby area. Always try to go to evening reception for 2 free drinks at bar.

Noticed much wear on upholstery in lobby/ breakfast room. Many chairs need reupholstering. They are sort of a durable leatherette but need attention now. Carpet in my room looked a bit worn in places. Needed cleaning too. Why not provide coffee in lobby for a while after breakfast. My last evening, 2 tour busses arrived and since close to end of reception, they came straight there to have drinks and order food from bar. Many asked for coffee and were told it is in room. 2 coffee packs for little coffee maker awaited them, but hardly handy to get to go with their food.

Staff was great very welcoming. The food was delicious, the breakfast exceeded my expectations was wonderful.

When I tried to call down to the lobby because my toilet tried to overflow I could not get either phone in the room to work. When I went down to the lobby asked me if they gave me a plunger if I could fix it myself. I said yes and did it myself and was told to sit the bucket outside my door sense I could not call down to have them come get it. Was kind of embarrassed to have it sit there was still there when we checked out.

Hotel is very clean and nice Very friendly staff. We paid an extra $30 for early check-in bc we had just gotten off of a cruise. They have a fresh cooked full breakfast which Very good. Evening reception was nice. We had a 5am flight out the next morning and they accommodated our very early airport shuttle.

I always come to this property because I like it overall but this trip I had a bad experience.. it’s not safe to leave the gates open there for people to come and go into the parking areas (it’s been open for 2 weeks), as someone drove up next to me while I was walking to my car and tried to cut me off and block me so they could harass me but I quickly turned and walked back to the entrance of the hotel.

The happy hour drinks and chips. The room and beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff is very nice.

The hotel floors and seats are definitely worn. The staff forgot to leave hand soap and toiletries. Not enough staff at check in. The shuttle is $13.

The room was roomy and quiet, even though it was next to the elevator. The free breakfast and complimentary reception every evening, that included a drink, was a nice surprise. The staff were amazing.

The part of the hotel that you checked in and ate food, including the evening reception, had no air conditioning. At 90+ degree weather, it made it quite uncomfortable to take advantage of the facilities. Also, the safe in my room did not work. The safe in my mom's room did work, so I know it wasn't me just not knowing how to follow the directions.

We enjoyed the size of the breakfast that was offered. We also really liked the fact they offer two free drinks for the adults at night.

We didn’t care for the fact the rooms AC didn’t get cold enough. However, that’s just us we like to sleep in a very very cold room. We also didn’t care for the fact the pool was closed however, you can’t control when and if something will break.

The breakfast was delicious. Fresh and hot no matter if we were the first ones in line or got there ten minutes before closing. The room was comfortable. I like that it had a separate bedroom with a door from the living area and bathroom. The lobby is really pretty. I appreciate that there was a pool. All of the staff we talked to were really kind, especially the breakfast gals!

There were points where the cleanliness felt lacking. Our bathroom looked like it hadn't gotten a full scrub down in a long time. (IE: dirt and smudges on the mirror, faucet fixtures, tile grout, there was peeling paint on the bathroom door) and the pool/hot tub were a bit slimy and grungy.

Room/suite with two beds plus sofa bed was great; breakfast was nice. Best feature was location -- so close to SeaTac and also to Southcenter, with its restaurants and movie theater.

Mattresses of the beds too high! I walk with a cane and had to sleep on the sofa for fear of falling off a bed!

Great hotel, really beautiful with atrium & glass elevators, nice rooms! Really great breakfast! A really good full buffet with eggs, sausage, potatoes; fruit bar and full made-to-order omelet bar! Juices, coffee etc; Starbucks in same location. We would definitely stay here again!
