The rooms were nice and comfortable

I waited for the airport shuttle for a very long time later in the evening after a flight from Newark. I called a number of times to confirm what island to wait and and looked for the shuttle. I gave up and got an uber. The hotel isn’t that close to the airport. When I got there the desk person had said they left about 10 minutes ago, which was the same they said when I had called each time. I told the desk person about this and they gave me a coupon for free breakfast, which was nice and appreciated. However by time I arrived at the hotel it was about 11:30pm and having to check out at 11 am I didn’t think gave much of value less time to relax and sleep after a very long day

Location, room, airport shuttle was all very fine. Housekeeping, front desk & breakfast staff were all excellent. We forgot to remove an athletic jacket from the closet when checking out. My bad for leaving it behind, but thanks to housekeeping and front desk staff for eventually locating the jacket and working with us for its return. This was an umpire's Little League world series emblem labeled jacket that is irreplaceable. Huge recognition for honesty & integrity. Breakfast was very good with very good coffee. We liked that the room was very quiet with blackout curtains too.

Nothing to complain about, all good.

Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of towels. I rented the bathroom accessible room for myself and my 91 year old mother. The 12:00 pm checkout was greatly appreciated for my mother's needs. The unique side table was very useful.

A small microwave would be nice to have. The closet is strange in that items other than short blouses can't hang. It's like a shelf with a hanging rack. The beds, while clean and comfortable, are made up too short. The linens are tightly fit at the foot of the bed, without enough sheet or blanket to cover yourself completely. Two maintenance issues. The deadbolt for the door leading to an adjoining room, was not doable. I called, and with great effort it was locked. It needs addressing. Whenever my mother, with severely arthritic hands, flushed the toilet, the flange in the back was knocked loose and flushing was not possible. Granted, it didn't happen with me, and I just reached in and reattached it myself.

I really liked the convenience of this hotel to the airport. Our flight home was cancelled and we were stranged in Seattle for two extra days. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff who was on duty the night we checked in (along with many other stranged passengers) was incredibly patient and kind.

First of all, Booking.com did not send over my reservation to the hotel, so at 2am, I had to call reservations and deal with that. The booking rep had to call the hotel to ensure my reservation wasn't in their system and I had to then book with the hotel directly. As a result, we lost the type of room we originally booked. We were extremely disappointed in that aspect of booking.com. The room itself was bare and the fridge had a smell of beef jerkey and some other odor. There was no daily housekeeping, which was disappointing. For the price, I'm not sure it was worth it.

It was impeccably clean. Two delicious restaurants right off the lobby. Bed and pillows were comfy. Super close to the airport but far enough away to not feel like you are just at an airport hotel. Parking felt secure and I felt safe at the property.

Even though it smells delicious, the entire lobby smells like Indian food from the adjacent restaurant. Was a little overwhelming.

Large and modern mostly everything was simple including shuttle to airport. The staff was very friendly.

Ants in our room. Wish the friendly staff would have mentioned the quickest way to our room. We had 45 pieces of luggage and would have loved a heads-up on which elevator was best. The toilets might be the shortest we have ever experienced. We travel a lot.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. The restaurant staff was super friendly. The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient.

Room was dimly lit. Very nice shower however it would’ve been nice to have somewhere to put your own products. Other than the restaurant in the hotel, there were not many options within walking distance.

Lobby smelled nice and throughout the whole hotel - loved the scent. Room was pretty spacious with generous amenities (shower gel, shampoo & conditioner). Spent 6 nights there, first evening was quiet but the following five nights; not so. Appreciated the absence of young children throughout our stay...wished there was an in-room microwave and program information on the closed-circuit television and would be great if coffee/tea/hot water was available in the lobby 24-hours not just during dining hours. Also, loved the security the hotel provides by having to use room key to access guest floors.

As previously mentioned - wished there had been an in-room microwave oven and 24-hour availability of coffee/tea/hot water in lobby. The laundry facility was a little confusing as there were two washers and two dryers and of the three major appliances charging $2.50 to use however, the fourth appliance, another dryer was $3.00 even though everything about it was exactly the same as the other dryer (puzzling).

Restaraunt, very good. Staff friendly, room nice, had an odd light constant noise in bathroom behind the vanity like a pump going out? Told front desk, it was not a problem in room to sleep. Van not good for more than four customers, 3rd row really hard for adults who are larger or old. Driver did great and prompt, would stay again

Didnt know there was a breakfast

Phone was broken in room, so was ironing board. When in the bathroom I could hear men urinating in another bathroom and coughing and talking. The tables were all dirty when we got there, the 1st room they gave us wasn't cleaned yet so we had to go to counter and get new room.
