The room was spacious. Good restaurant and bar at the facility.

Not enough bedding was provided. The “comforter” was almost nothing and no other blankets were in the room. Two thin, older blankets were eventually delivered to the room after calling the desk.

I did not have breakfast, since I checked out between 5:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The soda machine in the lobby is nice with a credit card. Some other hotels have soda and ice on the same floor. For dinner I had a grilled cheese and Tomato Bisque with a pickle. It is okay to add crackers and New England Clam Chowder. I think the street direction could be incorrect? The elevator was really fancy and the Skyview was gorgeous. Also, it looked at the outdoor swimming pool.

Comfortable pillows and bed. The breakfast buffet is fabulous!

Early one morning I went downstairs for just a cup of coffee and they charged $10 to the room for two coffees. (We had breakfast vouchers but we were not going to eat for another hour.) There should be free coffee in the lobby for all hotel patrons. A vanity sink outside the bathroom would be nice.

Good meals, clean place, kids enjoyed pool. Staff was very friendly. Pillows and beds were very comfy! Overall very pleased with the stay.

Our room temperature was uncomfortable, the thermostat wouldn't stay regulated so I had to wake up at night to turn it back down. It would often reach 77 degrees when we wanted it around 70. Room 652.

The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained and the shower tile seemed like a recent/ well-maintained update. Pillows were big and fluffy.. Loved the friendliness of the waiter at the restaurant, the employees at the front desk, and throughout the hotel. Everyone was friendly and quick to help. Love the ambiance of the restaurant & the beautiful elevators. Like that this hotel has an outdoor pool, although it needs some groutwork, cleaning & more chairs but considering most hotels in the area don't have an outdoor pool and if they did, it wasn't open yet, we decided to stay here.

Limited # of pool loungers, algae staining and missing tiles/grout in the pool. Bed was hard and linen was coarse. My husband & I woke up sore the next day.

The hotel is stunning! I didn’t dine at the restaurant downstairs, but the food looked delicious. Having a Starbucks in the building is super convenient. Everything was very clean, and the elevators are impressive!

Nothing I didn’t like about it besides parking fee, but kind of hard to find a place with free parking these days

Room was great. Clean and good size. Hotel was easy to access with lots of parking. Helpful staff. There was an area wide power outage the evening of our stay. Staff member Norman went out of his way to get us ice so that we could chill our wine as we played cards in the mezzanine by emergency lighting.

Pool water was very cloudy when we arrived and made it so that we didn't want to use it.

Friendly staff, clean and very welcoming. Food and service for our function was awesome. I would definitely attend another function here. Check in and out process was easy.

Bed. Expected better at a Hilton. Too firm without a topper. When booking somewhere to stay overnight, the uncomfortable bed is going to put me off staying here next time.

Easy access to & from freeway, just a short drive to Bell Square, hotel was great, room was clean, beds & furniture were comfortable, bathroom products of good quality, & plenty of parking.

They don't use fitted sheets on beds, just a flat sheet that was laid over mattress, which kind of bothered me, but maybe not others.

The rooms had lots of space.

Had to pay for parking..... Really?!?! We had a room for 6 people and only 3 towels. At the expense of this place, they should have more forethought.
