The staff here was absolutely amazing! So kind and friendly they gave us water bottles snacks, and we’re super accommodating to all of our other needs. It was very close to the mall, which is what we were looking for literally right across the street. Also free parking. The room was very clean and we are very comfortable the entire time. The couch was super comfy too, which was surprising.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room did have a stale smell. However, the staff was so amazing. Got us some smell goods right away. I also just bought a candle and lit it and that was totally fine.

Everything! I've been going to the states every year for 12 years and stayed in a LOT of hotels ... this is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in! It was so comfortable, spacious, the front desk were amazing, couldn't fault them at all and the location is 10/10 The sofa was perfect, resulting in a comfortable sofa bed.... the bed was enormous and the suite was just what you could ever want! Book here, you won't be disappointed at all!

Breakfast was satisfactory - very convenient and met our needs nicely. Staff very pleasant and responsive to requests. Suite comfortable. Great location central but in quiet area.

Bathroom small and shower handle difficult to turn on. Television remotes were confusing - having instructions would have been quite helpful.

Amazing location just outside of the skyscrapers, but close to the water and old Bellevue! Awesome rooms! Super friendly staff. The room is like apartment with a full kitchen and a full bathroom! Super cozy.

I wish the lobby and breakfast/coffee was open before 7 AM

Cute and quiet hotel on the backside of Bellevue Square Mall. It's a 7 min walk to Bellevue's main strip. Our room was clean and had great wifi. The full kitchen was pretty cool. The continental breakfast was convenient for on the go snacks.

It would have been nice to have a TV in both the bedroom and the living room. We had to shuffle the one in the living room into the bedroom because that's where we spent all of our time while in the room.

Breakfast was great! I selected fresh fruit, boiled eggs, and a healthy energy puck from the continental offerings, and my husband cooked his favorite pancakes in the fully-equipped en suite kitchen using a mix he brought from home.

Only a slightly odd smell in our room, like old cooking.

Liked the location, right by the park across the road from the mall, close to main Street. And my family's plan for the bubble planet. Also the value was amazing living room king bed pull out

Wouldn't be much I'm trying to hard to think of anything honestly.

Super clean. Layout of the king room was great with a separate living area. Could use some basic updating but I actually quite appreciated the simplicity. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me and I was so pleased with how clean the room was. My only suggestion is that they should put bottled water in the rooms (even for a nominal fee).

WiFi was spotty. Laptop would not stay consistently connected

Kitchen, king bed (mattress), bedding, bathroom- very nice shower,, fan and soft lighting. Closet space, bedroom furniture and super quiet! It really had most of the comforts of home. Very comfortable in a very quiet, safe neighborhood, directly adjacent to Bellevue Square. The small living room was cool. We entertained our son and THE DOG for an evening. Had a great time watching the NFL playoffs. Wife LOVED the dinning room table chairs!

The.lighting was low and uneven but sufficient. Reminded me of my Grandma's apartment growing up. The TV was absurd. They said it was a 32". MABE! HBO included but the picture was framed even smaller for HBO. What? Would have been nice to have a kitchen sink faucet sprayer. Sofa bed was joke for an adult.

Very spacious room, comfortable furniture, exceptionally clean, plus AC blows cold which was great during the warm weather we had while we were there.

The only thing that could be better is if they added a hot breakfast instead of continental.
