The property was perfect. ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived at 11pm, and we're greeted with a complimentary glass of champagne, then told to go graze in the complimentary "pantry". The panty had snacks of all kinds, sodas, and ice cream. The perfect ending to a long day, cross country trip. They have bicycles and kayaks available for free use. The location was close to downtown Kirkland and the views of Lk Washington were beautiful. You can't go wrong staying there.

I loved the location and the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is very well kept and I loved the attention to detail. Serving champagne when we arrived and having the midnight pantry full of snacks for the guests!

We did have a bit of scare, my sister-in-law was showering and the light above the shower popped and the glass fell on her. Also one of the days our room was not cleaned so that was not good.

The views are amazing, and the fire pits are fun. The pantry was a neat amenity as well. The restaurants around were good, pricey but decent. The spa was actually the main reason for our stay and was nice. I booked massages weeks in advance, which is fine, but even at that time, they didn't have openings for pedicures and facials that would have aligned well with the massage. That was kind of a bummer. The rooms were large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. That's always a win.

That the events made it awkward to access the fire pit area and that the fire pits were turned off so early. It barely got dark, and the events were still going, yet the fire pits were being turned off, and they actually left them on 30min longer than they should have. For the price point of the hotel, the fire pits should feel easily accessible to guests as well as run later in the prime season, in my opinion, as guests are paying for that ambiance.

Unbelievable setting and location.. Beautiful views and great staff. Overall a beautiful hotel that I would certainly like to stay at again. Situated right by the lake and GREAT for morning runs, views and water sports. A few brilliant restaurants around the hotel.

The gym was quite far out in a separate building and was a little complicated to exchange a room key for a FOB, and then walk across the parking lot to access the gym. Water was not provided in the rooms and breakfast was quite late and at a location outside of the hotel

The staff is top-notch. Very polite. Very on top of things. Respectful and lovely. The management leads with caring, respect, and appreciation of thier team members. Every interaction my family had with staff went above and beyond expectations.

There was nothing unpleasant about our stay! The sky is the limit for Woodmark. I would love to see what the future holds for this facility!... Hot tubs.. basketball/sports area, expanded shoreline access. The future is bright!

Location is incredible. Right on the lake and the property really makes excellent use of the outdoor space (chairs for relaxing and enjoying etc.)

Wish it was more walkable to downtown Kirkland. Other than that it is pretty near perfect.

A few times, there were no gym keys left. Front desk said they have just 5. When I got a key to go to the gym, nobody was there. Should have more keys available.

We visited this location a few years ago and decided to come back on our 10-year anniversary. They were so accommodating and even had treats in my room. Everything we asked for, they made a way to get it. Top tier service all around.

There was not a thing I did not like. My family was well taken care of.

The staff were wonderful! Mallory in Reservations was very helpful and kind! Randal at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating! We enjoyed our complimentary welcome beverages and the "raid the pantry" event between 10pm and midnight! The lake views were stunning!!!

what a comfortable, well-appointed hotel. the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was also great. love a good robe. the restaurant across the street had excellent breakfast. beautiful location - so peaceful. will be back!
