I was very nice location and the coffee and restaurant bar tied to it was also nice .. This was a strong smell of fentanyl or other drugs in the halls and lobby beside that it was very pleasant I realize that trying to remediate those odors are very difficult if not impossible because it soaks into the fiber of walls and flooring .. The only solution I have found to get rid of it is replacing it with new paint to seal it in and new flooring I think this property has been freshly redone the rooms where nice and had no smells of the orders found in the halls an lobby which was a blessing ..

Staff were very accommodating at Hotel 116 in Bellevue. The evenings dropping lower than expected temperatures. I asked for an extra blanket and was provided with a heavier warm blanket. I hope the Light Rail (1 Line and 2 Line) connects to ride the Link directly from Seattle-Tacoma Airport. Additionally, the city of Bellevue offers all-electric free "Circuit" ride around the area of this hotel however the hours of weekend operation begin at 9 am and 10 am; my events and meetings usually begins at 9am. Nonetheless, awesome location! Thank you for your great services!

The hotel is located in a conveniet location close to numerous stores (Trader Joe's, Target) and food chains (Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Burger King). Bellevue center is a few minutes of walking distance, and so are bus stops for the University of Washington and Seattle. Although being near the Interstate 405, the place was quiet, The room was spacious and with all basic amenities. I highly recommend to visit Woods coffee located in the building of the hotel, which has great coffee and breakfast options.

I really have no major comments or reservations. I was satisfied with the stay.

The hotel has lots of activities for all ages....lots of different games, pool & gym. The coffee shop is great and there's plenty of places to sit and enjoy your morning treats either inside the Cafe or inside the hotel common area. The restaurant has great food and the staff are very friendly! It's super convenient right off the interstate with transit very close for heading to the stadiums. Plenty of stuff near by like a drug store, liquor mart and some fast food chains too. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy but the double room beds are smaller than queens so it's cozy. The king rooms are " king " beds. Has all the things u need for a great stay.

Location was ideal for our purposes. Bed was comfortable. WiFi consistent. Room spacious. Shower adequate. Plenty of free parking. Woods Coffee next door was handy.

HVAC unit was loud and the room temp alternated between a little too warm and little too cold. Vending machine in the lobby was not working. Exhaust fan in bathroom was also loud. Still, we'd stay there again if we ever need an overnight in Bellevue again.

It was comfortable and nice looking.

The aircon was too loud but it’s a common problem with hotels in America so we just turned it off for the night. It’s located near freeways so you will wake up at around 7 when the traffic starts. But it wasn’t an issue for us as we were aiming to wake up early anyway.

I’m not a coffee drinker. The only tea available in the reception area, was green tea - three choices, but all green. The desk staff said they’ve placed an order for black tea but it wouldn’t be in for several day. I offered to walk across the street to Trader Joe’s to buy some for them - no response. Also only three close hangers for two guests for two nights. I asked for more hangers but never got them.

No breakfast but a great restaurant and coffee house for Paid breakfast. Close to a lot so you can always go grab something for a bite. I was a guest of a BrickCon event. I had to pay for my hotel. It was in a great location to walk to the venue. So just fine...Very comfortable beds. Perfect for after a long day of lego building.

A bit too small. Would love a Microwave IN the room. Instead you have to go down stairs to us a communal one. They are so cheap, this doesn't seem too much to ask.

Very friendly and helpful receptionists. They allowed a late checkout for free as the hotel was not full over Thanksgiving. The location is good as on the way to Redmond where my planning Turkey Trot parkrun took place. My room was warm and comfortable, had all I needed for peaceful night after my long flight.

We had a great room, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean.

I loved that we were on the 5th floor but a giant tree blocked our view to the city buildings and there was no railing but the window opened up wide enough for someone to fall out. Not very safe. (I accidentally added a worm picture and don’t know How to delete it. Sorry lol)
