Parking was Close to entry. In room Starbucks coffee with real half n half creamer. Pillow firmness and bed firmness options (2 double bed room) Laundry bag provided Dark blackout curtains were good. Great location

Difficult heating/cooling to achieve a comfortable temperature & fan was always on High even when showing low on thermostat. When the A/C came on, it was like an icy wind blowing on me when working at the desk set up near it. The desk chair did not adjust high enough. Could not find check out time shown in an email, booking, no where. Had to call front desk to find out. No bathroom separate fan/light option. Light was always on with fan on. Too many emails/messages received

I was very nice location and the coffee and restaurant bar tied to it was also nice .. This was a strong smell of fentanyl or other drugs in the halls and lobby beside that it was very pleasant I realize that trying to remediate those odors are very difficult if not impossible because it soaks into the fiber of walls and flooring .. The only solution I have found to get rid of it is replacing it with new paint to seal it in and new flooring I think this property has been freshly redone the rooms where nice and had no smells of the orders found in the halls an lobby which was a blessing ..

Staff were very accommodating at Hotel 116 in Bellevue. The evenings dropping lower than expected temperatures. I asked for an extra blanket and was provided with a heavier warm blanket. I hope the Light Rail (1 Line and 2 Line) connects to ride the Link directly from Seattle-Tacoma Airport. Additionally, the city of Bellevue offers all-electric free "Circuit" ride around the area of this hotel however the hours of weekend operation begin at 9 am and 10 am; my events and meetings usually begins at 9am. Nonetheless, awesome location! Thank you for your great services!

Close to major highways and Whole Foods. Room was comfortable and clean.

I had a hassle with the washing machine needing lots of quarters and yet didn't work. The hotel staff did not have quarters or small bills on hand, but the staff did try to accommodate. Since the laundry machines are run by a separate company, I had to call them myself to resolve the issue. I got frustrated with that and washed my clothes in the sink.

The hotel is conveniently located within a short drive or long walk to the Maydenbauer Center where we were attending a multi-day event. After the show closed for the day, the nearby Uwajimaya grocery was a good place to grab dinner and snacks within walking distance.

The pool was a little small and because there was an event going on the day of our stay, there was little to no appeal to getting in with about a dozen kids.

I must share my experience of staying at this hotel. There was a little misunderstanding when I checked in, but after talking to the hotel manager, the manager was very nice and made a very satisfactory handling and compensation for us. So I highly recommend this hotel. The manager of this hotel and all the service staff at the counter are very, very good. This is a very high-quality hotel. I highly recommend it

Location was ideal for our purposes. Bed was comfortable. WiFi consistent. Room spacious. Shower adequate. Plenty of free parking. Woods Coffee next door was handy.

HVAC unit was loud and the room temp alternated between a little too warm and little too cold. Vending machine in the lobby was not working. Exhaust fan in bathroom was also loud. Still, we'd stay there again if we ever need an overnight in Bellevue again.

It was comfortable and nice looking.

The aircon was too loud but it’s a common problem with hotels in America so we just turned it off for the night. It’s located near freeways so you will wake up at around 7 when the traffic starts. But it wasn’t an issue for us as we were aiming to wake up early anyway.

The hotel has lots of activities for all ages....lots of different games, pool & gym. The coffee shop is great and there's plenty of places to sit and enjoy your morning treats either inside the Cafe or inside the hotel common area. The restaurant has great food and the staff are very friendly! It's super convenient right off the interstate with transit very close for heading to the stadiums. Plenty of stuff near by like a drug store, liquor mart and some fast food chains too. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy but the double room beds are smaller than queens so it's cozy. The king rooms are " king " beds. Has all the things u need for a great stay.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and the bonus is it is adjoining woodys coffee house. Perfectly located with amenities close by Staff were all super friendly Room was perfect, comfortable & clean I would definitely stay here again & recommend
