Loved this location; attached to The Bellevue Collection which enables easy walking to lots of other shops and restaurants. Fun, funky, modern decor throughout. High quality services and staff. Thank you!

The "rainfall" showerhead is not installed correctly. It should not be coming from the wall above the faucet handles; it should come from the ceiling in the center of the shower enclosure. One must stand as close to the wall as possible to be under the shower stream.

It’s a fantastic property in the heart of Bellevue.

Congested and very restricted access to Valet. Unfortunately there was a party bus who had pulled in to the Valet and caused other cars to be stuck/blocked for over 10 minutes. This isn’t the hotels fault. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but I was running late for a performance and had to shower and get ready. Upon check out I called to have my car pulled up. After checking out went down and they hadn’t pulled it around - stated they hadn’t even received a call to bring cat around. All in all not a big deal. Valet staff very friendly and responsive.

Immediate Proximity to the Bellevue Mall. Bed was VERY comfortable. There are several restaurants near the hotel, of which are very good. As usual, in room dining was expensive, but again it usually is. This hotel wants you to notify them if your room neighbors are noisy, as they make you sign a document, reminding you that your noise affects others and is not permitted. This is a good thing and everyone was quiet and peaceful. A Ferrari was parked nearest the Hotel entrance. I'm pretty sure I drooled all over my shirt... ;-)

In my opinion, paying for Wi-Fi in a hotel that you are already paying pretty high rates for, is utterly insulting! Wi-Fi MUST be included with the room! I complained to management, and they acquiesced, giving us an non-payment option. The pillows were pretty stiff. Wife likes stiff pillows, I prefer less rigid ones, as I'm a side sleeper. I had contacted the hotel prior to us arriving and got agreement for a bottle of champagne to be waiting for us. No champagne was ever delivered.

sheets smelled clean but had a few marks on them which could have been fixed but we didnt want to complain.

The hotel, the gym and the general accommodations were fine. The location was fine. I was not able to partake in the restaurants, etc.

We had some trouble with the booking and mistakes made on both ends, and it took a lot of calls and emails. So, that marred my stay. I believe it was resolved but I will not know until my credit card is refunded.

convenient location! amazing staff! my original room had a small issue. I requested housekeeping to come handle the problem. The desk was more upset than I was, and moved me to a nicer room for the inconvenience without hesitation! great service

I had a convention at the Meydenbaur Center and it was a nice walk to get there. Desk staff was super helpful. The stripper shower was interesting?

Hotel Restaurant was overpriced and under delivered.

I loved everything about this property. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great having a nightclub right on the bottom floor. It was very nice because we did not have to go far.

Beautiful and everything was amazing. So convenient to everything and tons of shopping m, entertainment and dining within a walk

I and my husband booked an upper floor room and it was fabulous, clean , comfortable and spacious. We loved the view.
