We like everything about this property. The location was excellent. Easy walking to everything in Kirkland. The staff was amazing - very welcoming, professional (but also fun), and knowledgeable. The gym on-site was well equipped, clean and convenient. This place just had an awesome vibe (hard to explain) from staff to fellow guests.

We liked everything about this property. One recommendation is some self park options. The valet staff is remarkable, but it gets busy at times. Great waiting area and valet parking is reasonably priced, but some self parking may streamline busy times and reduce wait times. However, considering location totally understandable why self parking is not available. Also recommend water refill stations on each floor. (Like the one in the gym)

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was comfortable with nice amenities: NESPRESSO coffee, little frig, glasses, water carafe, wine opener. Great in-out car park privileges - very convenient. Excellent location as Kirkland is such a cute city. Just blocks from the shoreline.

The restaurant appeared very disorganized. Staff was not trained, guests sent food back, we waited for a breakfast item and the server had left the restaurant so no one was ‘on duty’. We chose not to dine there beyond a quick breakfast take out but sat often on the patio and witnessed challenges from other guests.

Located in a great area with access to many restaurants and shopping areas. There is paid daily valet parking, and yes, you need to tip.We had a little balcony facing apartments with parking below. There is an on site restaurant, but we didn’t eat there. We had breakfast and coffee directly across from front of building. I would definitely stay here again, but request front facing room. Friendly staff, too.

The location was convenient and located next to everything within walking distance. The hotel staff was superb -- they were very attentive and they were not on their phones or had their airpods on at the front desk which I have seen many hotel staff did that -- paid less attention to guests and what happened around them. This hotel is spotless for negative feedback.

Good location, variety of restaurants nearby, walkability of neighborhood, convenient access to major highways.

Required valet parking at $25 a day. We were told one could park on the street without paying, but that you would have to be cognizant of the need to move your car in a timely manner to avoid getting a ticket. Access to a lower priced public parking lot nearby would be nice.

The room is spacious, clean and modern. All the amenities also good. What I love the most is the location. It’s near the park, bakery, Qfc for quick grocery, bus stop, restaurant and pier with a beautiful view. I stayed for a week there and felt so comfortable because I really can got what I need since everything’s nearby!

The location was very good. The hotel is in a fun, vibrant area of Kirkland. There are many good restaurants and attractions, all of which are accessible on foot. I can't rate the breakfast at the hotel, as we did not have it.

Our room was a bit too dark. Otherwise, our stay was outstanding. The Heathman Hotel Kirkland is an excellent hotel!

A HUGE thank you to the Heathman reception for exceeding our expectations! We were upgraded to a fantastic room and location to celebrate a much needed getaway for our anniversary. Kirkland is a perfect destination when we need to recharge from our busy lives and our favorite hotel is the Heathman. It’s an easy walk to just about everything; super clean and safe location with many restaurants and shops within a short walk. Hope to make it back next year. Thanks again for everything!! Worn bed on right side , saggy View was just a few feet away from another building Bathroom sink clogged / poorly designed Not a fan of the bath products Some staff were super great others not helpful or friendly.

When water is turned on in other rooms it is deafening in room 402, The dinner we had was not very good the fish and chips were soggy and oil laden. Had to remove the breading to eat the fish and tossed the fries. the salad was swimming in dressing (asked for it on the side) with huge chunks of lettuce.
