This is a decent option for a short business stay. The front desk offers package pick-up and delivery services, which is very convenient. The hotel generally does not provide disposable amenities (such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shower caps), but these items are available for purchase on the ground floor. The variety of snacks for sale is also quite diverse.

The building is relatively old—not damp or uncomfortable, but the noise from the air conditioning system is quite loud. The room I stayed in faced ongoing railway construction, and the curtains had to be drawn at night to block out the construction lights for better sleep.

For travelers on a short business trip to Redmond, this hotel is in a very convenient location. It’s less than a 30-minute drive to the office and situated in a commercial area, making it easy to find dining options. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the room was excellent. I would consider staying here again for future business trips.

Perhaps due to the holiday season, the kitchen staff seemed understaffed during my stay. Although the dinner service was available until 10 PM, I checked in after 8 PM and had to wait about an hour for the food to start arriving. Additionally, the air conditioning system is quite old and cannot be turned off, resulting in occasional noise disruptions at night that woke me up.

The location is highly desirable, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment parks all within walking distance. A light rail is currently under construction that should facilitate transportation from the airport to the hotel, not sue when this will be operational.

If you have a car or rental, valet parking costs $35-45 per night, which is unfortunate given that there’s ample parking space around the property. However, the city doesn't allow overnight parking. The hotel should offer some form of parking for guests. Additionally, if you're not a Bonvoy member, you'll need to pay for Wi-Fi as well.

The property sits in a beautiful section of downtown Redmond. The neighborhood is mostly foot traffic. There are lots of shops to choose from. It was quiet at night and easy to fall asleep, even with our room facing the street. The bed was so comfortable. The room was comfortably cool. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.

The information about the hotel stated parking was available. What it neglected to say was it's valet parking ONLY, at $35 per night.

Staff in the restaurant / bar was a lovely young lady that worked the last shift and served us our wine and first shift the next day to serve breakfast.

Hotel is using a scented detergent or dryer sheets. Could not get away from that fragrance and had a terrible night. Also, being greeted by a girl in a mask is not very welcoming. Does she think we are sick? If she is sick she should not be there. Not a great start and could not hear her behind the mask. Moved on to the nice man with the huge smile. The strawberries were "off" at breakfast.

The stuff was extremely professional and polite. The location, at the heart of Redmond, was extremely convenient.

The elevator doors had significant signs of discoloration, which was the only imperfection. It did not bother me at all, but made me think that some improvements may still be needed

it’s right in the middle of the shopping district, I could go to several places to eat within 5 min walking. dead quiet at night, and the towels are soft

valet only, although I did appreciate the valet staff being fast and courteous. would be nice for some self park when I needed to come and go several times

Everyone was very friendly. Check-in was simple.

Parking. There is no on site parking, which was an oversight on my part. I assumed there would be parking available especially at such a large shopping center.

The staff was great. Esspecially the manager! Great bed and pillows

I was given the wrong hours for a local restaurant so when I came back hungry I asked if there was any food. I was told there wasn't but I found they did indeed sell food after hours. It was a few simple mistakes/miscommunications but I was still getting pretty hangry
