The location in close to I-405 and a short distance to downtown Kirkland, parks, Juanita Beach, restaurants, and shopping. Despite being close to Interstate and major streets, we could not hear any of the road noise in our room. The staff was very friendly and accommadating. Property is as discribed. Large breakfast ares. Plenty of paring in the area and bonus- it is free. Great location to stay without a big investment.

I have no complaints but something to note, windows in updated rooms face the parking lot so if you want privacy you wiill need to close shades and turn on lights in room.

I was in the area for an appointment in Seattle. This hotel was perfect for my needs. The room was comfortable with a couch that gave me a place to sit and read. 405 and 520 are easily accessed from this location. There is a Shari's restaurant next door as well as several other places to eat within walking distance. There is also a large shopping area within driving distance. Parking was outside, but the elevator and room was easily accessed from the parking area in front of the building. There is a free breakfast provided, but I chose to eat with friends elsewhere. I would stay here again.

This is an older hotel with the elevator and room entrances on the outside rather than via a hallway. That is neither a like nor dislike for me but may be for others. The air-conditioner/heating unit is installed in the outside wall of each room. The one in my room worked okay, but the fan would occasionally stop blowing and the room would get a bit stuffy.

The front desk staff seemed really pleased to welcome me on arrival. I locked myself out once, and they were very willing to give me new keys. I asked for the location of a walking trail and they gave me complete directions on how to find it. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was included and there were many options for food as well as drinks.

The breakfast was very good! Some hot items (eggs, biscuits/gravy, sausages) plus a wide variety of other items that are unusual for a budget hotel breakfast - pancakes+sausage on a stick, Hot Pockets, microwaveable burritos, multiple kinds of yogurt, etc. Much better than I expected! The room was basic but clean; we had a 2 bed room and liked that there were 2 sinks (one in with the toilet & shower) and one outside - made it easier to get 4 people through the morning and evening routines. We stayed one night as part of a road trip.

Not much - our stay was exactly what I expected in terms of comfort/quality/cleanliness.

When I moved a bedside table to access an outlet (before I discovered the handy multi-outlet @ the base of the table top lamp) I couldn't help but see lots of dust between the table & wall & covering the cords. But, honestly, everything else was CLEAN! Bedding towels shelves microwave refrigerator toilet tub floors

Room was great size and real comfortable bed. Bathroom was large and had everything we needed. Coffee was available in room except last day. Seems room service did not work on Sunday.

The food for breakfast was very disappointing. Only went down to the breakfast room first morning and went out next two days. Have never seen the type eggs served there and the bacon was so thin. Sausage was pretty flavor less.

I really enjoyed how nice and simple the room was. Nothing was in the way or a bother. The carpet was even cushioned nicely to walk around quietly. I enjoyed the whole room.

I didn't like the bathroom light turning off when bathing, I can also understand the building has many other rooms that this would be a problem to leave on continuously in case of fire. You guys are doing great!

Everything!! Easy check-in, super friendly! They gave us treats and water bottles at check-in. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast and a wonderful gal that kept it stocked all the way to the end. An Angel went the extra mile for us. I was at a concert my husband could not get a hold of me and was worried about us. He called the hotel and Angel called my room every hour until she reached me, to make sure I was safe. We will be telling our friends and we will be back someday!!

I came late night, the staff still smile and give warm greeting. I have a big room, and I enjoyed the room. Nice and friendly the staff for breakfast. And thank you to serve us … And thank you too for to clean my room everyday …

I Wan my expecting much from a motel type next to the freeway but I was so wrong. Not like this was extravagant or gorgeous but it was nice in all the right ways. Easy location. Comfy beds. Excellent breakfast spread in a location accessible only with a room key away from lobby. And the staff I met was all so very nice! I was able to park right outside my room, too!

Coffee maker was a dud. I really could habe asked for a replacement but I didn't really care.
