We were visiting family in the area and this location was great for us, next to a Target and a Starbucks was an added bonus. The bus to Redmond was 2 mins from the hotel which was really handy. We were expecting a basic grab and go type breakfast, so were impressed with the choice. Having on tap coffee and tea was also great. Staff were welcoming and happy for you to sit in the lounge area with your own food. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The only downside was that there wasn't much of an area to sit outside, but it was so hot we didn't want to anyway.

I’ve stayed at this Hampton Inn multiple times, and somehow they manage to raise the bar every time. From customer service to the quality of the rooms and facilities, everything has been top-notch. This time around, Terry at the front desk really came through. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates through a third-party site, and he jumped into action, working with them to get it all sorted. When we arrived, he greeted us with a smile and his usual awesome customer service. To top it off, they were offering free beer, wings, and fries—definitely a hit with the whole family. My wife and kids had a great time and felt right at home. There was even a moment when my wife forgot her key card while heading to the car, and a kind employee helped her out by scanning his card so she could use the elevator—just another example of the staff going above and beyond. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference. Big thanks to Terry and the entire Hampton Inn crew for making our stay so enjoyable!

The staff member who helped at the front desk when we first arrived was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had everything we needed and answered any questions we had.

The breakfast was okay. Not great, but decent. Tables were clean and everything was well stocked the first day, Saturday. On Sunday there were no clean tables, I eventually picked the least dirty and cleaned it myself. By the time we were leaving someone had come out and started to clean, but that was 30 minutes later. There was no cut fruit like there was the first day, which was disappointing. Would have liked to see more healthy options.

The breakfast was amazing and so filling! My favorite thing about the hotel was how welcoming and helpful the front desk was! We loved our stay so much that we decided to stay another night and the front desk people were so helpful in making arrangements for our extra night! My other personal favorite was the cleanliness and size of our hotel room. Everything as a whole of this hotel definitely exceeded my exceptions for a vacation stay and the Hampton is now my go to hotel for vacations!

We chose this hotel because it seemed to be a quiet location and it really was surprisingly quiet. We had a King Studio (an upgrade because it was our anniversary) that was very spacious, modern and clean. It is within walking distance to Kohls and Target.

We were on the third floor in the furthest wing. We also parked near that wing but it was SO hard to get down to the closest outgoing door because we could not find an elevator. It was just easier to go up and down the stairs.....sort of. We are in our 60's. We also noticed a small bag of trash by that door as we went in and out. We assumed it would get picked up by staff. It did not get picked up and we stayed until check out the next day. We thought that odd for such a nice hotel.

Great location with easy freeway access, 4min drive from a great park for the kids and the property had plenty of parking. Breakfast was great with eggs, bacon or ham, breakfast potatoes, self serve/make yourself waffles, fruit, yogurt, variety of breakfast breads/bagels, cereals, justices, milk, etc…) Kids enjoyed the pool! Room was clean/comfortable. I especially liked the large bottles of liquid handsoap and lotion that was attached to the wall in the bathroom, convenient and less wasteful vs the tiny little bottles I usually see. Same for shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in the shower. I really liked the daily text message from the staff to touch base on how things were going, it was a great opportunity to catch/correct any potential issues. We will be back when we visit the area again! Very good value when you consider free parking and a full breakfast.

Price, proximity to our friends assisted leaving residence, clean, comfortable beds, stools under the desk that could be used to sit on our use as additional night stand.

Night light in bathroom not bright enough needed to walk safely to the bathroom without room lights. Noisy due to early morning construction crews hours talking in parking lot.

Excellent location in Redmond, good coffee and a nice spread of options for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for an early check-in ~12pm, and was able to get exactly what I asked for and much more! My spouse and I stayed here with our 2 dogs for 2 nights while moving from one place to another in Redmond. We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and large the room and beds were, the bathroom is excellent, etc.

I wish there were more options to come and go for pets, but otherwise its hard to find something to complain about - it's a particularly clean and friendly hotel

The hotel was very spacious and clean! The breakfast offered both hot n cold items that were satisfying. Our room was huge and I loved the set up with the table in the center separating the sitting area and the bed. The washroom had a great modern layout too. It was really nice and close to a shopping area.

We were on the first floor and the people above had kids that were running around until past midnight so it was a bit annoying. The shower head also sprayed water in all directions so it was a bit challenging but I just laughed it off because you couldn't control it. Maybe the head needs a cleaning due to hard water buildup.

The double queen bed room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all four of us, with our luggage, for several days. The hotel was very functional - from the 24hrs treat shop to the water fountains and bkfst. It was the smoothest hotel stay we've had. We also enjoyed spending some family time in the pool.
