The furniture was beautiful, the rooms were really cute. The kids loves the chairs and couches. The bed was super comfortable. We loved the big mirror in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was amazing.

The walls are paper thin. My 1 year old was crawling around, and just the sound of his knees and hands on the floor was angering the guests around us. He would crawl, and other people staying in the hotel would bang on the walls to get us to be quiet. We got at call at 9pm saying that the front desk has received multiple complaints about us making too much noise. My kids were quiet. He was just....crawling. That was a little scary. As a mom of 2 toddlers, it was a little stressful, trying to keep them from being toddlers. Also, they don't have room service. Other than that, it was great.

Wonderful room, bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool, it was very clean and warm. Breakfast was great. The staff was extremely nice. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

While it wasn't expensive, we had to pay for parking. It would be nice if that was part of the hotel fee upfront. To be honest, the parking fee wasn't enough of a problem that it would keep me from coming back though.

Room was nice and clean. The bed was more comfortable than expected. The continental breakfast was delicious and exceeded my expectations.

The bedframe stuck out so far that you were constantly hitting your shins. The lighting in the rooms was really dim and you just felt like you were in the dark the entire time. The food at the H Bar was very pricey that we did not order.

Our experience at Hyatt House Redmond/Seattle was phenomenal. Great area with lots of parks, restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot summer. The front desk staff were friendly, had great local insights, and were helpful with additional requests (e.g. early bag drop off and parking, received food delivery). Huge thank you to the crew!

Nothing - our stay exceeded our expectations!

The people were fantastic. I loved the room. it was really nice to have a refrigerator and be able to grab breakfast in the room. Having free parking across the street was phenomenal. The location was incredibly convenient and I could get on 405 within minutes. I honestly could not ask for a better location.

Much of food that I bought froze in the refrigerator so I had to throw it away. That was a bit frustrating. Breakfast ended at 9:30 which was a bit early for vacationers. and when I went down to coffee one morning there was no milk. ugh! Over $300 a night for little amenities was a bit too much.

Great indoor pool. Nice, quiet rooms. Good breakfast selection but didn’t like the powdered eggs and cheap bacon. Even the kids mentioned it. I would rather pay more for real food. We made do with the other options like fruit and the biscuits were good

Breakfast was delicious and very good variety and quality. My entire family loved that. Pool was clean and well maintained. My kids enjoyed lots of pool time. Bar restaurant and lobby was nice features. Free parking and early check in was great.

I can't think of anything worth noting. Not much of a view but we didn't anticipate one.

All of the staff members were so very nice and helpful. They not only accepted pets, but they also welcomed them with hugs and always talked to our senior beagle and gave her little loves every time she passed an employee. Other guests were super nice. The pool was in a "private area where you didn't feel like everyone was staring at you. The guest snack area was small but offered a great variety to choose from. The restaurant offered incredibly good food. Breakfast was wonderful ... hours could be extended to 10 am instead of 9AM. The very best organic, local fruit was a welcoming touch. We were surprised with the full-sized fridge/freezer. cook top, microwave, dishwasher and fully stocked with dishes and silver wear. Cleaner baseboards, shower surround and an increase of water pressure in the shower would have brough them an A+ from me.

Housekeepers need to pay more attention to cleaning the base board areas and the shower surround Extra trash bag liners would be nice too. At the price we paid, the room should have been cleaner.

We were in the area for soccer and were so happy with out stay!! It was a lovely room, outstanding breakfast and everyone was so very nice!! Thank you and we will be very happy to return.

Staff: The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were well-furnished and clean. Location in Redmond: The hotel is adjacent to a park and the Sammamish River Trail, a beautiful place to walk.
