Clean, quiet and comfortable.

I get locked in my room and called the desk clerk. She acted on phone like I didn't know how to unlock a door. She finally decided to come up. She had trouble on the outside with her key. She finally unlocked it and said I have to go I have quest. I thought how rude didn't say sorry that happened or I'll call maintenance to check it. It happened again the next day. It took me several tries before I could unlock it from inside. Not good experience. I'll be back this Thursday but not staying there.

This was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was amazing and even went the extra mile to print off some power point presentations for us. This hotel had a starbucks in it which was amazing! Love staying here it was really close to our dental conference location. Also, Olive Garden is across the street as well as other good spots to eat close by. Definitely recommend staying here

Nothing to say here, my stay was Amazing!

Stayed overnight in Kirkland for a medical appointment the following morning. Having the QFC across the street turned out to be an extra benefit.

There were not enough blankets. Concierge brought up one. Could have used more. I think after COVID the attention paid to cleanliness has become greater and rightfully so. With blankets delivered to the room theft is less of an issue. Maybe.

Fantastic sound dampening; like the freeway is right there, but you cannot hear it. And you don’t hear people upstairs walking around or hear the showers draining. It’s so quiet.

So wish it had a hot tub. It was my fault I didn’t pay attention before reservation.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The location is excellent.

The person who was on duty at the front desk when we checked in around 9 PM was extremely difficult to understand. I believe she was from Germany. We had to have her repeat things 2 or 3 times to understand her.

I will absolutly stay here for my next visit. Perfect and amazing staff-not anything but professional, kind and helpful. I interacted with the front desk, bar, coffee and housekeeping. exceptional!

The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and I like the view from my room on the third floor.

I didn’t like that. It said there was a pool and then when we got there, the pool wasn’t working and we didn’t know that we could’ve went to a different hotel to swim until the day we were leaving..

The room was pretty nice. I liked the little Bistro slash coffee bar in the lobby.

One has to pay for parking. I don't know how common that is in Seattle but I don't run into that much elsewhere.

No free breakfast. I had to pay extra for parking on the property.

very nice. updated in and out. it only lost some points due to some upgrade construction going on but I never heard it in the room. right off freeway which was good and several places to eat and shop minutes away.

as mentioned there was construction but it was not bad. would prefer a larger tv in the room and a couple in the bar area.
