The breakfast was excellent. We ate there 2 of our 3 mornings and were pleased with the offerings. One of the times we ate in restaurant and were pleased with the freshness of the ingredients. The other time we had our breakfast to go which was very convenient.

They allow pets in this hotel and we noticed the elevator smelt like cats. Not sure why people would travel with cats. We noticed by the courtyard there is an indoor small pool that is not in service. It should be emptied at least since it gave a gross vibe to the place.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

I get locked in my room and called the desk clerk. She acted on phone like I didn't know how to unlock a door. She finally decided to come up. She had trouble on the outside with her key. She finally unlocked it and said I have to go I have quest. I thought how rude didn't say sorry that happened or I'll call maintenance to check it. It happened again the next day. It took me several tries before I could unlock it from inside. Not good experience. I'll be back this Thursday but not staying there.

We appreciated the very kind staff, the comfort and attractiveness of the Suite, the amenities and the location. We also appreciated the Bistro, in the lobby, with excellent service and menu options for breakfast and for the evening hours. It was exceptional. Thank you very much!

Stayed overnight in Kirkland for a medical appointment the following morning. Having the QFC across the street turned out to be an extra benefit.

There were not enough blankets. Concierge brought up one. Could have used more. I think after COVID the attention paid to cleanliness has become greater and rightfully so. With blankets delivered to the room theft is less of an issue. Maybe.

This was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was amazing and even went the extra mile to print off some power point presentations for us. This hotel had a starbucks in it which was amazing! Love staying here it was really close to our dental conference location. Also, Olive Garden is across the street as well as other good spots to eat close by. Definitely recommend staying here

Everything except having to purchase the breakfast

Having to purchase the breakfast.... It just added expense that we were hoping to avoid. Daughter made the booking, so not sure where the language may have been for communicating that, in sure she just missed it.

The location and the comfortable and clean room with a bath tub.

I thought I had read in your website that it has a pool. That’s a main reason why I booked it. I was very disappointed to find out they don’t have the pool anymore. Don’t you know about it?

Fantastic sound dampening; like the freeway is right there, but you cannot hear it. And you don’t hear people upstairs walking around or hear the showers draining. It’s so quiet.

So wish it had a hot tub. It was my fault I didn’t pay attention before reservation.

That there was a charge for parking. We weren't aware of it until we checked in.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. The location is excellent.

The person who was on duty at the front desk when we checked in around 9 PM was extremely difficult to understand. I believe she was from Germany. We had to have her repeat things 2 or 3 times to understand her.
