Because they were my mom, unfortunately we did not get the continental breakfast. We were under the impression that the continental breakfast was free for all who stayed there. Come to find out we had to purchase vouchers for breakfast. This was about the only disappointing thing that I experienced at this establishment. I’ve never been to an establishment where breakfast is not included with your stay. You had to choose continental breakfast somewhere during the check-in process online.

I didn’t like the fact that they do not include continental breakfast. It’s a bit confusing because you have to choose this option when booking your stay online. For this, I was a bit disappointed.

The room size was great. The cleanliness was great. Noise levels from other guests were minimal. TV was placed in a weird spot, though.

The beds were super hard on my back. They definitely need to use some of the money they charge guests to get comfortable beds.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was a great size and we had a good amount of storage and space.

The airconditioning unit was difficult to operate but it did work.

This establishment does not disappoint at all! From the friendly, smiling staff to the fresh made food, to the hot tub and the most comfortable bed! I loved it! Will definitely 💯 be my go-to hotel any time I visit WA!

Absolutely nothing. Everything was wonderful!

The location and staff were great. They also gave us a handicap room which was fine.

The bathroom smelled like urine soaked mop/bucket water. We left the fan on overnight but that did not help, so we just left the bathroom door closed.

I WAS very comfortable, tho the tv remote didn't work, but I don't watch television. I am coming back for a 3rd visit in June!! The FRONT DEST people ARE very NICE upon arrival and departure.

Room was excellent: clean, great arrangement of bathroom, bed, desk, couch, sink, microwave, etc.

Breakfast was OK, but kind of small amount, plastic utensils were used that add to the landfill, and the tables didn't get cleaned off as people left so that the next clients would find a clean place to eat.

The staff was very friendly and the location was very convenient. I enjoyed the breakfast as well!

The only thing I missed was the ability to stream TV. I will try to bring a device next time.

Bed was comfortable. Location - close to Chateau St Michelle ( attending outdoor concert) was very convenient. Desk service was very pleasant. Kitchen service was prompt. Breakfast was ok .

It provided a place to stay, fulfilling my need.

The people in the room above me ruined the entire stay. Sounded like a herd of elephants arrived each night about 11:30 pm and finally settled down around 1:30 am. Very very poor sound insulation between floors. For that reason alone I rate the hotel a 1, averaging out to a 7 or 8. Otherwise would have been a 9. Better sound insulation is needed. This shortcoming ruined sleep both nights and will preclude my staying at this facility again
