The beds and pillows are great. Everything was clean except the cigarette smell, and the presentation was nice We've stayed here before, so it was a disappointment due to the smell.

Our room smelled so badly of cigarettes that we would have gone elsewhere if it wasn't so late. The desk said they were sold out and weren't able to move us to a different room. The facility is supposed to be no smoking, but I was told there were construction workers who smoked, and they couldn't get the smell out. It was disgusting.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and it was conveniently located to everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to get groceries and dinner.

Low on half and half for coffee. Toilet handle had to be held down for 5-10 seconds for every flush. Shower handle was wobbly, tile was cracked on bathroom floor and ceiling appeared to have mold spots. Just needs a little maintenance.

The bed. It was very comfortable. The hotel was surprisingly quiet & our room was very clean & didn’t smell of bleach. The location for us was perfect.

Breakfast. It was marginal at best. First off we had to wait for people to leave before we could get a table. The coffee was terrible, the juices were watered down, the sausage had absolutely no flavor.

Breakfast included hot eggs and sausage. Yogurt cups, real juice. Hours open on weekend early just like during the week! Selection of fast foods to walk to Nice beds

Coffee was horrible. Weak brown water that makes tea look strong. Same issue in lobby. Did not get copy of what we had to sign on tiny tablet. Bill did not have tax and fee breakout Price at snack zone was obvious dig for extra money; not priced for the comfort of the guest. You would make more if prices dropped.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows comfortable. For the rate, I was super pleased.

We had to have breakfast in our room as the breakfast tables were all in use. Went back again, and still no room at the inn. The scrambled eggs were empty, only a few sausages. Of course both of the items that we wanted.

The staff was very courteous and professional The room was clean spacious with a view of the green trees . The bed was extra comfortable . The breakfast staff Jeanette was very professional the breakfast was clean organized and plenty . We will recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

The location is convenient to every direction. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and quality. The bed and pillows are amazing. Hot water, good water pressure.

The coffee. We live in the mecca of coffee and this could be better.

Staff was amazing, room was spacious and clean Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Parking and access to freeway was wonderful. Safe neighborhood...I know the area. Used to live nearby. That's why I chose the location.

This was a last minute booking because of a disappoint at another Inn. There was a nice breakfast every morning that started at 6a. Very clean and fresh smelling. Accommodated our request for rooms to be close together and a check out little after 11 to accommodate a little extra time for a small child and an elderly parent. Price was reasonable for location, breakfast, and last minute plans.

We got back to our room in the evening and the door was unlocked after rooms were cleaned. Glad no one else entered our room after that. Employee probably didn’t realize the door didn’t close automatically like the other doors.

I had to leave before breakfast was open, so I can't evaluate that

This was a business trip, for the company my wife and I own. My wife handled the reservations, and it was mildly annoying that they needed to talk to ME, about the payment method, when my WIFE (same last name) made the reservation for me, and we have the exact same CC.
