The beds and pillows are great. Everything was clean except the cigarette smell, and the presentation was nice We've stayed here before, so it was a disappointment due to the smell.

Our room smelled so badly of cigarettes that we would have gone elsewhere if it wasn't so late. The desk said they were sold out and weren't able to move us to a different room. The facility is supposed to be no smoking, but I was told there were construction workers who smoked, and they couldn't get the smell out. It was disgusting.

The beds and pillows were super comfy and the room met our needs for 1 night. The breakfast offering was great, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. The location was 1 minute off the highway, and near many stores and services, yet in a quiet area. No complaints about this hotel and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The bed. It was very comfortable. The hotel was surprisingly quiet & our room was very clean & didn’t smell of bleach. The location for us was perfect.

Breakfast. It was marginal at best. First off we had to wait for people to leave before we could get a table. The coffee was terrible, the juices were watered down, the sausage had absolutely no flavor.

The hair dryer in the room could have set the hotel on fire. Housekeeping needs to check that more often. The one in the room had a crack in it and the fan didn't blow. It just got really hot until I had to turn it off and then unplug it to make sure it didn't catch fire.

Breakfast included hot eggs and sausage. Yogurt cups, real juice. Hours open on weekend early just like during the week! Selection of fast foods to walk to Nice beds

Coffee was horrible. Weak brown water that makes tea look strong. Same issue in lobby. Did not get copy of what we had to sign on tiny tablet. Bill did not have tax and fee breakout Price at snack zone was obvious dig for extra money; not priced for the comfort of the guest. You would make more if prices dropped.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and it was conveniently located to everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to get groceries and dinner.

Low on half and half for coffee. Toilet handle had to be held down for 5-10 seconds for every flush. Shower handle was wobbly, tile was cracked on bathroom floor and ceiling appeared to have mold spots. Just needs a little maintenance.

It was clean and quiet.

At breakfast I didn't see butter. But I think that was my malfunction. So I put my sausage patty in the english muffin instead. Still good. Since that was the only thing, and it may have been a me issue, I think you did great.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows comfortable. For the rate, I was super pleased.

We had to have breakfast in our room as the breakfast tables were all in use. Went back again, and still no room at the inn. The scrambled eggs were empty, only a few sausages. Of course both of the items that we wanted.

The staff was very courteous and professional The room was clean spacious with a view of the green trees . The bed was extra comfortable . The breakfast staff Jeanette was very professional the breakfast was clean organized and plenty . We will recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

Everything was perfect !

Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and pastries to choose from. The location was perfect being near our friends, places to eat and shop.

One lamp and outlet were not working so we reported it.
