The staff. Everyone at all shifts, housekeeping, kitchen were all just terrific! The care taken, the cleanliness, comfort of the room/bed. Both hotel and room amenities were just right.

Breakfast…would like breakfast meat options…chicken/turkey or vegan. Wish parking was closer….but parking facility itself very good.

The furniture was beautiful, the rooms were really cute. The kids loves the chairs and couches. The bed was super comfortable. We loved the big mirror in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was amazing.

The walls are paper thin. My 1 year old was crawling around, and just the sound of his knees and hands on the floor was angering the guests around us. He would crawl, and other people staying in the hotel would bang on the walls to get us to be quiet. We got at call at 9pm saying that the front desk has received multiple complaints about us making too much noise. My kids were quiet. He was just....crawling. That was a little scary. As a mom of 2 toddlers, it was a little stressful, trying to keep them from being toddlers. Also, they don't have room service. Other than that, it was great.

Wonderful room, bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool, it was very clean and warm. Breakfast was great. The staff was extremely nice. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

While it wasn't expensive, we had to pay for parking. It would be nice if that was part of the hotel fee upfront. To be honest, the parking fee wasn't enough of a problem that it would keep me from coming back though.

Room was nice and clean. The bed was more comfortable than expected. The continental breakfast was delicious and exceeded my expectations.

The bedframe stuck out so far that you were constantly hitting your shins. The lighting in the rooms was really dim and you just felt like you were in the dark the entire time. The food at the H Bar was very pricey that we did not order.

Our experience at Hyatt House Redmond/Seattle was phenomenal. Great area with lots of parks, restaurants, cafes, and shopping nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect for the hot summer. The front desk staff were friendly, had great local insights, and were helpful with additional requests (e.g. early bag drop off and parking, received food delivery). Huge thank you to the crew!

Nothing - our stay exceeded our expectations!

Great indoor pool. Nice, quiet rooms. Good breakfast selection but didn’t like the powdered eggs and cheap bacon. Even the kids mentioned it. I would rather pay more for real food. We made do with the other options like fruit and the biscuits were good

Breakfast was delicious and very good variety and quality. My entire family loved that. Pool was clean and well maintained. My kids enjoyed lots of pool time. Bar restaurant and lobby was nice features. Free parking and early check in was great.

I can't think of anything worth noting. Not much of a view but we didn't anticipate one.

This was in great location and there was a great view from my room. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The parking garage needs better signage - I literally never figured it out and had to go the long way every time to my car!

We were in the area for soccer and were so happy with out stay!! It was a lovely room, outstanding breakfast and everyone was so very nice!! Thank you and we will be very happy to return.

Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and kitchen was nice and handy.

We wanted a bathtub but it was just a shower stall.
