We love the expansive lobby with free coffee and tea (and festive hot chocolate bar in the evening) multiple seating areas suitable for meeting friends and family, the "store" with all the snacks and wine, and the adjacent bar and restaurant. The gym is spacious, full of natural light, and well-equipped. We did not use the pool, which looked clean, accessible, though small for an adult looking to do laps. Across the parking lot is Redmond Town Center (photo included) with shopping and restaurants, and the rest of Redmond's center is a short drive or a leisurely stroll away. Eventually, the Light Rail will connect Redmond to downtown Bellevue and even more eventually, Seattle and Sea-Tac airport. So this location will only get better.

Everything was great. Nothing to dislike. One quirk is that the parking levels, above ground and under the hotel room floors, has elevators on half-levels, and it appears impossible to call the elevator that you want for the parking level you've parked on (though maybe the hotel has a solution for this). A short staircase connects the parking levels and that's fine for most but would be annoying or inaccessible to wheelchair users or those with heavy suitcases or baby buggies. Potential drawback is that the area has a lot of tech which means the hotels in the area run on the expensive side.

We loved the hotel location, very close to Marymoor Park, where we were attending the Cirque Du Soleil Kooza performance. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They gave us a requested early check-in and told us to take our time checking out, so that we did not have to rush our breakfast. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant at the hotel was excellent. And they provided indoor parking which was included.

It would be great if there was a pedestrian overpass over the freeway so that you could easily walk right to Marymoor Park, but that is a WDOT issue not the hotel. There was nothing that we did not like.

Clean, stylish, comfortable, and a great location walkable to shops and restaurants. The on-site market had a nice selection of snacks and supplies for anything you might need on a short trip. All the staff were very friendly, and the bartender made amazing cocktails! Free EV charging in the garage is a nice perk if you have an EV.

A minor comment is that there was often a long wait for the elevator, in part because one of them was out of order during my stay. However, considering the normal hotel traffic going up and down, I would say there may be a wait even with both elevators. The service staff shares the elevator with patrons, so sometimes there was no room with the staff and their carts inside.

Room was lovely and clean and comfortable and staff was great.

Breakfast was dreadful. Only one server trying to do her best to serve the entire restaurant. Six of us ordered breakfast and the only half of us received breakfast in just under 1 hour. Breakfast was terrible. So bad that none of us wanted to eat it. I think the diswasher who never cooked before was probably cooking that day. toast was soaked, food was cold and terrible. We tipped the server for doing her best but the food quality was so poor that no one was able to stomach it so we left and found breakfast elsewhere,

Disabled room and bathroom were simply superb. I really enjoyed it and felt quite well supported. The staff were very nice and responsive.

I didn't know I had to pay for my breakfast. The cost of the rooms should definitely accommodate my breakfast, even a buffet breakfast.

I didn't take advantage of the breakfast buffet. I need more tangible information available for my information source. The Archer only provides information via Smartphone. I can understand the reasonings to go paperless, but, I am an older client and I'm use to seeing a menu to order room service etc. etc.... Everyone was very pleasant and helpful at the Archer and I am looking forward to a stay at an Archer Hotel in Florham Park, NJ and the one in New York City.

There wasn't much not to like about The Archer Hotel. I had no complaints whatsoever.

Very nice boutique hotel amenities are very nice. Staff was very nice. The food was very good and a very safe place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

I was there two weekends in a row, and the elevator one of them was in operable, which made waiting at the elevator a little long

Room decor. Very hip interior design chill lounge spaces. Had a good buffet breakfast.

If you want to use the hotel level 2 charger, you must pay a very high parking garage fee. There was an abundance of free parking surrounding hotel making hotel parking redundant. Hotel should give you 4 hours free parking to charge your car if you are a guest. Then add full cost if you go over the time.

Not really a boutique hotel in my opinion, but still a very good and relatively new hotel with spacious rooms. The location is great, and the room was clean and well-equipped for a long and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The parkade is on the second floor, open to winds, and it feels not really secure.

Celebrated anniversary with my wife. They gave us a free upgrade on our room and a late checkout. Room was amazing, kind staff. One of my favorite hotels I've ever been to. Great location, nearby food and bars.
