The coffee was good. There was always some decaf in the carafe when I needed it. They also had half-and-half in an insulated pitcher. Plenty of seating in the breakfast area. The room was clean and the bathroom modern and well maintained. The bed had two different types of pillows to choose from. Outlets were provided on the nightstand (and I think the desk) for easy phone charging.

This is the first place I've stayed, anywhere, that didn't include parking in the room rate. It's $12 per night, so make sure to factor that in when comparing to other hotels.

The breakfast was really good, a fair size room and clean too.

The pillow cases were smelly, and the pool ahours should be extended a little at least until 10 pm. But rather than that, everything else was excellent 👌.

Staff were friendly, location was good. Over all evening thing was good.

We arrived late at night and fell sleep right away. When we woke up the next day we found a bottle of soft drink half way full, and some smoking ashes in the drawer by the bed. Looks like last person didn't even check those drawers.

We specifically requested a cot (as was available on Booking.com) but when we arrived they said they don't have additional beds to add. The staff were kind enough to put us in a room with a pull-out sofa, but that bed was terribly uncomfortable. We pulled the mattress off the sofa frame and put it on the floor, but you could still feel every spring. The room was a bit dark. As mentioned, the staff were kind and warm and flexible. The hotel was very busy, but they did their utmost to make everyone comfortable.

We like the place as we have stayed here before. It is great for our dog. Food was good. Staff was very helpful.

We have happily stayed here several times over the last few years. This time, the facilities were kind of run down. A number of items need fixing or replaced. On their behalf, they were upgrading one end of the complex, but I ran into lights that did not work, and other things that needed attention that could have been fixed easily with a good maintenance person . I thought the parking charge was uncalled for considering the location and the abundance of available parking spots. I was concerned about the cost of bringing a dog. $100 was excessive considering what services we got for the money. I would still stay here, (everything considered), but they need to fix some things and rethink their add-on prices.

Breakfast was great with a lot of different options. Fresh fruit, Real eggs and many more options. Room very clean, nice and confortables beds. Room size perfect. Bathroom also very clean. Very convenient location, quiet and close to everything. The Staff super professional and very friendly.

Beautiful hotel, good facilities and very helpful staff especially Sherlise was great managed to give some discount and guided on how to go about with shopping, driving etc. Breakfast spread was also quiet good, lovely view from the hotel room, gym 24x7 and small cute swimming pool but not temperature controlled but can leave with it.

It was clean and open by the reception area. They had special flavored water and sometimes cookies available for free. The hotel was full so most of the time the cookies were gone or kids took several so not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was nice- several options both warm and cold. I would recommend a tip jar instead of tip requests at every table sign. The person running the breakfast was working hard and fast due to high number of guests. The pool was nice- nothing special but a nice pool good temperature. Cleaning staff was very kind and helpful.

The pool was front and center with many windows so lots of traffic and lookers. Maybe breakfast waffles or muffins options better then just two types.

The rooms were very clean, a great size, with a decent size shower that I didn't have to crouch to use which is always nice. Breakfast was very nicely done. It had a great variety of foods for everyone to enjoy. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast area was always on top of any needs, keeping it stocked and clean, asking if anyone needed anything, she was wonderful.

The pool was very small, and not a regulation temperature. The hours were also rather short, would have liked to be able to use it either first thing in the morning to start the day, or late in the evening after spending all day on my feet. A hot tub would have also been nice.
