I loved how nice and accommodating the morning staff was! The room was super clean and any problems I had, when I went to the front desk they did everything they could to make sure my needs were met!

They said they have breakfast but when I went down there I saw no breakfast some oatmeal and coffee and that was it.. I'm currently pregnant so eating a big breakfast is something I need every morning so I was super let down with that. Also the dryer machine ate my money for drying my clothes and when I told the night shift front desk person he didn't offer to give me my money back or anything so I lost 10 dollars altogether trying to put quarters in and the machine refusing to take them.. didn't offer to refund me or accommodate me by giving me a free one time dry for the inconvenience

The room was a good size, the staff was very accommodating other than the possibility of an early check in. The landscape was nicely groomed and location was convenient. Very clean property for being pet friendly. At no time did I see any pet waste around the building anywhere.

Towards the end of my stay, the smell of cigarette smoke filled my room on numerous occasions. Clearly someone near my room smoking inside the hotel. The carpet was so dirty my feet and/or socks would be black from walking on it.

The kitchenette was great with our week long stay! Hotel also offered dishes to accommodate the kitchenette!

Audits start at 12am not accommodating delays.

The staff was very friendly. They handled my being blind very well and helped me pay and check in. The location was perfect for my work conference. The room was nice and clean. The kitchenette was nice to have.

The breakfast was not a breakfast. It was a handful of very gross muffins and bad coffee. It was sad. Beds are very hard, but that is par for the course with hotels. If you are a wheelchair user and intend to roll over to the convention center, be aware that it is mostly uphill and steep!

The place was roomy and spacious. We liked that the location is close to all our needs. Staff was attentive and polite. Room was clean and quiet. Air con/ heater was great and silent. I love that the hotel provides additional utensils for the kitchen. Spoons, knives, plates, cutting board etc.

We had to bring the additional room kitchen items back to our room by ourselves, even though it stated it will be brought up by the team. But I'm nickpicking - it's not a big deal.

We still had to pay pet deposit for our 2 emotional support animals. They are supposed to be free. The other motel did not charge for them!

The coffee was amaizing and hot.
