From the time we entered our front desk experience was Great! Rebecca was so nice, great sense of humor, and met all our needs! The room was very nice and clean…very comfortable including the bed! The pool and hot tub were also very clean and so relaxing. The breakfast was very good with healthy options. We were pleasantly impressed!

Unfortunately we could not get hot water. We let it run for quite sometime. The second day we were able to finally get some warm water. We let the front desk know and they were very accommodating offering us the room next to us to shower in. When we let the management know as we were checking out she was right on top of it. Offered us extra points because we are members and a suite upgrade our next visit. The hot water issue was just a fluke situation.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, the bed was comfortable. The Hot tub was nice and clean as well as the pool. The breakfast they offered was very nice.

The lady who checked us in was not very helpful. She did not explain anything, what time the pool hours were, what time breakfast was, nothing. She handed us our cards pointed to where our room was the end.

The stay was comfortable and clean. The pool was well maintained and breakfast was good.

The hotel is not super sound proof so we could hear all activity and conversations in the hallways, including doors slamming. And I am not sure who was above us but there was stomping all the time. One suggestion about breakfast, less sausage patties and more days with bacon.

Even though there was construction, I could see the vision of the end project. I loved the fresh and new feeling. I love that they offered towels at the indoor heated pool. I love the cleanliness of the room and it’s presentation. Honestly it’s was better than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I also liked that there was a shopping plaza 2 min walk away :) Restaurants and grocery store available. Huge plus!

There wasn’t much. The only thing I would like to see in the future is more parking and shaded parking options. It gets hot in the car during the summer especially with children. There wasn’t a washer dryer option.

Close to family I come to visit at least once a year.

Seating in room could be more comfortable. The omelets in the morning were not to my liking . Love the sweet rolls . Parking in the back of the buiding was hard for me as required more walking to access an entry door.

The hotel was a decent stay. Everything was clean and the bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The place was pretty institutional feeling and impersonal, which I guess is to be expected. There was a lot of noise from other rooms - maybe because there was a lot of business from graduations going on over the weekend.

The best part of this hotel are the people working at the front desk and the manager. They went out of their way to help carry things into my room.

Holiday Inn Express granted our request to give us a quiet and upper room. They also gave us a room that is not pet friendly because we are allergic to some pets. The room and the facilities are very clean. We also have what we need like shampoos, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer, fridge, etc. Staff was very respectful, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Has varieties of food. Location was also great! Will come back for sure if we ever need to bbok a hotel in Seattle.

I have stayed at many hotels, but the Holiday Inn Express was exceptional; clean, responsive and friendly staff and very comfortable beds and well maintained. We will stay there again!

Hotel was clean, comfortable, in a safe and newer neighborhood. Liked all the amenities provided. Staff was friendly and helpful. Like the breakfast included and tea/coffee in the lounge.

Would be nice to have more front parking but it's Ok. Front desk said can park in back or near Comfort Inn.
