Room was large and clean. Receptionist at check in was very friendly and helpful, providing coupons for restaurant across the street.

Very small self-service laundry which was often overcrowded with people waiting to wash their clothes. Also, if you look at Google maps, it appears that this hotel is near restaurants and shopping. However, there is no crosswalk or stoplight to cross the very, very busy street, and in the rain (which seems like 80% of the time in the Seattle area), it really isn't convenient to walk to anything. So we had to get in our car to drive literally 100 feet to the pub/restaurant on the other side of the street. Target is next door, but again, it is uphill and in the rain you can't really walk to it. Same for the coffee place down the street on the other side. Just be prepared to drive if you need to leave the hotel.

The room was huge. It was super comfortable, clean, well appointed. The pool was very nice. The breakfast had lots of options. Location was super convenient. Everyone was very nice. Seemed very updated. The water pressure was amazing

Common areas were quite cold, but that's a personal preference issue and most people probably wouldn't feel that was an issue. There was some mildew in the bathroom on the ceiling but you could tell they try and keep that clean. They need a fan that is on a timer or stays on. With it hooked up to the light switch many travelers would just turn off the light and not let the fan work efficiently. But, they clean it and tried. I really didnt have an issue with this. The chairs in the room were oversized. Didn't really make sense but, also not really a huge deal. The kids thought they were cool.

The location was deliberately chosen to be within a short distance of my mother's residence, as visiting her was he principal reason for coming to the US in general and Lynnwood in particular. The staff make the place, in particular the GM Leilani and the front counter staff. Very helpful indeed.

Breakfast. More variety and no paper plates or plastic cutlery.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was safe, quiet, and clean. Our room was spotless and comfortable.

Uncomfortable beds, pillows super flat, and the pull out bed was broken and Uncomfortable for my daughter.

Checking in was quick and easy and our room was spacious and very clean. Staff was helpful and great with answering any questions we had. With the pool/spa, parlor room, gym and free breakfast I can't think of anything this hotel doesn't have. Our stay was wonderful and we can't wait to book the Homewood Suites again soon.

There are no vending machines, but the hotel makes up for that by having a selection of things that they sell near the front desk.

breakfast was good and filling. I never missed my breakfast because of this. Location was awesome everything you need is closer to this hotel. I just loved the location of this hotel.

Timing of the breakfast. I wanted it to end around 11 or 12. So everyone could enjoy the yummiest breakfast.

Friendly staff, great location as it was surrounded by stores, restaurants, and the major roadways, $10 off grub hub coupon, free parking. Our room was large, clean, and the kitchen and items in it was great. Nice shower!

The ceiling fan in the room needed a little wd-40.

The bkft was good. The Wednesday buffet was excellent. Pool was clean. Manager corrected a situation for us.
