The staff was phenomenal. An issue arose (not Hiltons fault) Ricardo suggested I be patient and assured me the manager Mandy may be able to help. Not only did Mandy help, but she promptly had a solution going above & beyond ensuring everything worked out. Mandy was just stellar,and Ricardo was nothing short of amazing. Both incredibly impressive at their jobs and based on my experience Hilton would be smart not just hold on to good people like them, but these are the kind of talented people you promote. ~RVP

Not one complaint.

The hotel met my requirements as far as location accessibility and comfort but the breakfast is servilely lacking in quality and cost, I have been traveling in excess of fifty years using hotels and this really became apparent so I ate elsewhere but all other aspects were good.

The breakfast was wonderful. They offered a free continental breakfast with lots of choices, or a hot breakfast made to order for a reasonable cost. Coffee, tea, milk, juices were complimentary, as was iced water with freshly cut lemons. The breakfast area was well appointed, Lots of seating. Restrooms nearby. Attendants were present and made sure everything stayed clean, neat, and that dirty dishes were bussed promptly.

Several high school basketball teams were also staying at this Hilton Garden Inn, and they hogged the pool and hot tub. We made it a point to be at breakfast early to avoid them. We complained to the front desk, "We're staying here, too!" All they could do was apologize, which we understood.

Camden took picture of us before the Viennese Ball in the lobby. He also helped us with directions.. Very helpful. Mandi enrolled us in Hilton Honors program and was also very helpful.

We were told this was available when we booked.Swimming pool was not heated. Jacuzzi. permanently closed. Also got charged $30 more when we booked 2nd night on booking.com

The staff where friendly helpful and exceptional I will stay again when in the area. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. I will be back.

Nothing i am serious everything worked perfectly. I will be back and also tell my friends of this best kept secret. Great experience at staying at a hotel.

location and the facility

the refrigerator did not work, the hot water temperature was a little cool, and the lobby supplies limited. these were all very minor

Location, professional staff and quiet.

Everyone was wonderful. The only thing I would have liked better is the comfort of the bed. It was a bit too hard for me.

the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the restaurant was under staffed for breakfast so we chose to eat somewhere else

convenient location and always has plenty of parking

the freeway noise might be loud for those not used to it

very quiet, friendly but not pushy type of people working there. it was the nicest stay I’ve ever had anywhere’

parking was a challenge although there was a garage.
