From the time we entered our front desk experience was Great! Rebecca was so nice, great sense of humor, and met all our needs! The room was very nice and clean…very comfortable including the bed! The pool and hot tub were also very clean and so relaxing. The breakfast was very good with healthy options. We were pleasantly impressed!

Unfortunately we could not get hot water. We let it run for quite sometime. The second day we were able to finally get some warm water. We let the front desk know and they were very accommodating offering us the room next to us to shower in. When we let the management know as we were checking out she was right on top of it. Offered us extra points because we are members and a suite upgrade our next visit. The hot water issue was just a fluke situation.

Even though there was construction, I could see the vision of the end project. I loved the fresh and new feeling. I love that they offered towels at the indoor heated pool. I love the cleanliness of the room and it’s presentation. Honestly it’s was better than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. I also liked that there was a shopping plaza 2 min walk away :) Restaurants and grocery store available. Huge plus!

There wasn’t much. The only thing I would like to see in the future is more parking and shaded parking options. It gets hot in the car during the summer especially with children. There wasn’t a washer dryer option.

The stay was comfortable and clean. The pool was well maintained and breakfast was good.

The hotel is not super sound proof so we could hear all activity and conversations in the hallways, including doors slamming. And I am not sure who was above us but there was stomping all the time. One suggestion about breakfast, less sausage patties and more days with bacon.

Holiday Inn Express granted our request to give us a quiet and upper room. They also gave us a room that is not pet friendly because we are allergic to some pets. The room and the facilities are very clean. We also have what we need like shampoos, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer, fridge, etc. Staff was very respectful, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Has varieties of food. Location was also great! Will come back for sure if we ever need to bbok a hotel in Seattle.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, in a safe and newer neighborhood. Liked all the amenities provided. Staff was friendly and helpful. Like the breakfast included and tea/coffee in the lounge.

Would be nice to have more front parking but it's Ok. Front desk said can park in back or near Comfort Inn.

Another great stay at an IHG hotel. Free parking, delicious breakfast with a good variety of foods. Very clean and the staff was all friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Easy location off freeway and about 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. Much safer to stay outside of the city, in my opinion.

The water pressure on the shower is not very good but that was the only negative thing.

I thought the space was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that it had the microwave and mini fridge, and the washroom lighting and floors/showers were super clean!

They told us the room was good to go for an earlier check in at 1:30pm, but when we walked in, it was obvious that room service had not cleaned it yet as the beds were unmade from the previous occupants.

Clean and well landscaped.

We had troubles using coffee maker. Staff came and and readjusted something and said when staff cleans it they don’t get it adjusted properly. The bathroom door handle was loose and had to be careful when using. The breakfast bar was standard.

standard to other Holiday Inn Express, the amenities are what you would expect. I especially love that the hotel uses quality non-single use bathroom amenities from Dove. breakfast is simple but good too, but the menu doesn’t change much daily. bedding is firm and comfortable with fluffy pillows. the hotel is in a location with supermarket and restaurants within walkable distance.

the air conditioner was a little loud and the room smelled a little moldy, but it didn’t not affect my stay in anyway.

Room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast buffet and evening cookies were above average. Pool and fitness center were well maintained as well.

Room was stuffy and we struggled to get a comfortable temperature set. The pillows were below average for a hotel.
