The property is located in the Arts District and a good location to experience Seattle. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop views were great. Space needle, cascades, harbor, etc... Negatives, parking was awful. It is underground, limited spaces, and difficult accessibility with very low clearance. The rooftop heaters were all broken or non operational with the exception of 1 of 6. The pillows were so lumpy, but the room was decent.

Comfortable hotel just a few blocks from the Space Needle and the waterfront. Safe facility with everything you could need for a stay in the city - The rooftop deck is fantastic with views of the water and the Space Needle. Secure parking is a major plus
No real negatives to report - no breakfast is provided but you're surrounded by so many fantastic restaurants you can take advantage of, so no big deal. Great spot for exploring Seattle's arts, food, and culture!

The hotel is located in a good area, not far from the Seattle Needle and other attractions, and a short taxi ride from the port where our ship docked. There are buses nearby, but we didn't use them as we generally like to walk. Our room was comfortable and having a guest laundry was a bonus. Close by are two supermarkets which was really handy. Some good restaurants in the area too. There is a microwave in the room and cups, glasses. You can obtain additional cutlery, plates etc. from reception which is useful if you're having takeaway (the Chinese restaurant nearby is nice). Hotel staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Coffee etc. is available in the lobby area. The rooftop garden/courtyard is a nice area to sit with lovely views.
My husband said the coffee is 'ok', it is a drip style coffee, but he prefers double espressos so it's probably more than ok for most people.

The location, starbucks in the lobby, beds were decent. I loved that there was a fridge and microwave and an iron and board in the room, so I did not have to request one. Cleanliness. TV worked good. Staff was helpful! I was arriving late, due to flight delays and they were easy to get a hold of were so friendly! I would stay here again!
Not much to complain about. There was no soap tray or a space in the shower for my things. My room's view was of a wall. I could have asked for a better view though if I thought about it. I really cannot complain though, this was a great hotel with the location and amenities!

The location was nice, walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit (Space Needle, MOPOP, Chihuly Museum). The place is nice looking, there's sea view in our room which is also pretty big. Bed was comfortable. Front desk was helpful with both restaurant recommendations and freezing our ice packs.
The washroom sink was like many others in US hotels- plumbing easily becomes slow and almost non-functional despite nothing going down but water. We had to use the kitchen sink for hand washing and such. The elevator was indeed very slow like others have mentioned, and kinda hot because there's no AC. I think it was quite more expensive than it's worth but that's Seattle for you.

Our room was on the 6th floor overlooking the Space Needle. We were there for an event at the Climate Pledge Arena and it was a short, leisurely stroll to and from the venue. Our room was very clean with updated amenities and a quick few stairs to the rooftop where the views of Queen Anne, Elliott Bay, and the Emerald City are spectacular! The staff are very helpful and friendly. I watched as they spoke to each and every guest like they were the most important part of their day, not just a job. Super important! The lobby is quaint and comfortable with ice water and coffee available all day. Restaurants across the street that are open late and a CVS a block away. Wrap up, all 10's in my experience! Would love to stay again in the future!
We arrived during a heatwave. Not the hotels fault, but the hallways, elevators and stairwells were very hot. As a local, I understand that we don't usually get this kind of weather. Lastly, he elevators are older and quite slow.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Mediterranean Inn in Seattle! The location is perfect with a Starbucks in the hotel that opens at 5am, a Safeway right across the street, and the Space Needle and downtown just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the rooms and hotel were spotless, and I loved the little touches like complimentary coffee and water by the elevators. The town car service from the airport was excellent, and the views were unforgettable—the rooftop offers stunning sights of the city, the Space Needle, and even the sea, while my room also had an amazing view. The hotel isn’t brand-new or flashy, but it’s clean, welcoming, and truly perfect. I recommend it 100% and will definitely stay here again!

Hotel is central to all things Seattle. Appreciated the ability to securely park our vehicle and walk everywhere we needed to go to. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided great coffee in the lobby. Love the rooftop deck, beautiful night scene.
Our bathroom had a constant loud sound, almost like an engine running 24/7. It was so loud, had to shut our bathroom door to somewhat block out the sound. The shower also leaked onto the floor even with the door closed. Created a small flood on the floor. Would have loved a mini freezer with our mini fridge. Also, would have been great to have tea options along with the coffee for those people who don't drink coffee.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was helpful in arranging needed transportation, and location was convenient to attractions we wanted to see as we came in ahead of a cruise departure. Recommended to friend who is a cruise planner and she has recommended this location to her clients. Would stay again.
A restaurant on site would have made things a little more convenient, but having the attached Starbucks was a bonus, and it was within walking distance of food establishments. Not a deal breaker at all. would have been more convenient to have an ice machine on every floor, but again, not a deal breaker.

It is important to note our work has us traveling world wide so we bring an "experienced eye" to this question. The rooms, although not extremely large, they are bigger than many European accommodations. They are very clean, bright, well designed and comfortable. The location is central enough for the majority of Downtown Seattle activities ( we were there for a family wedding). However the ingredient that will make or BREAK a property is the staff. The Mediterranean Inn has captured this 100% - kudos to both management and team players for appreciating this value.
In a perfect traveling world we love having a breakfast option on property.
