The room and bathroom were clean and quiet. The beefy towels were a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for all the places I walked to. I found the room decor to be dark and the carpet had a busy pattern. Not my favorite but more important to have everything clean.

When I checked in you told me you would put a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals. But what was really charged to my card were 2 charges: 1) the full price of the room plus $100 *AND* THE FULL CHARGE FOR THE ROOM ALREADY CHARGED TO MY CARD. So 2 charges are on my card, one for $637 and one for $737. And I am still waiting 4 days later for the $737 one to drop off since you confirmed to me on checkout that I had no incidental charges.

As this was my second visit to Seattle, I took advantage of the free bike rentals to go visit some neighbourhoods I hadn't been to before. The bikes were awesome - light weight and 16 speed with easy gear changes, so even though Seattle is hilly in places, they bikes were easy to use. The hotel itself is clean, staff super friendly. It's really close (walking distance) to Pike Market, Westlake Shopping Center, lots of other things.

The blackout curtain was great, but would like to also have a curtain that lets in some light while blocking the view into the window (some of the rooms look into each other's windows across the alley/courtyard).

This is a very cozy and clean boutique hotel within walking distance to the Space Needle, the Climate Pledge Arena, and Pike Place. My room was actually nicer than the photos. You can walk down to the harbor and stroll along the Elliot Bay Trail. The staff were kind, knowledgable, and accommodating. It was very convenient to have a kitchenette area so I did not need to go out to eat for every meal. There are small neighborhood grocery stores within a couple blocks and a Whole Foods about 8 blocks away.

There are a number of people living on the street in this area, but there are also a lot of public works employees cleaning up and a hard-to-miss police presence. I never saw or experienced anything threatening nor dangerous.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and had good security. In the middle of downtown Seattle and close to pier 91. They set up a shuttle to and from the airport and the pier.

I really enjoyed the location and how easy access to everything around the hotel, you could grab breakfast right next door. I also like that there were plenty of parking. Staff was friendly. the hotel itself were nice, clean had a nice sitting area, I would stay there again and recommended it to friends. In the hotel room with the small room purchase, it wasn't bad, there were a little kitchen, closet to put my clothes, heat, cooling, I love their towels and the bed was comfy.

I would say the only thing, I didn't complain about was, there were blood spots on my blanket after the cleaning staff cleaned my room. I thought it was suspicious when the little fabric was slanted over the bed not on the end of the bed. So that was disturbing. I slept without a blanket that night and kept the room at the temp I like. I'm 100% sure front staff would have gotten me a new blanket but I was too tired to care. So be aware of the cleaning service. The first night was clean and organized

Firstly I'd like to say the staff were excellent. I'm a tea drinker not coffee so I was given a kettle immediately. I do love my tea so when I run out of teabags they were replaced with more than I expected. Any request I had was taken care of ASAP. The staff were always on hand to offer advice on buses (which were right outside), shorter routes to anywhere I needed to go. They recommended places to eat. They certainly made me feel like it was no trouble for them. The location of the hotel was close to anywhere I needed to go and I felt safe in the area. Not once did I feel chased out of my room by housekeeping. When I checked out I made the point to the staff that I'd gladly stay at this hotel again. They were perfect hosts.

I honestly don't have any complaints at all. When I booked I thought this hotel was a bit more expensive than I wanted to pay but the service was so good I couldn't possibly complain.

The staff is absolutely outstanding and really skilled at helping manage the needs of guests who are taking a cruise to Alaska. My wife and I spent the night before our cruise here and then returned for an additional 4 days after our cruise. They made it extremely easy and convenient to get to the Pier on Saturday morning and then amazingly easy when we returned the next Saturday. We walked all over the city from Belltown Inn and used the Hop on Hop off bus to reach more distant locations. This location is really ideal for cruise guests!

Not much could be better. A hot tub on the roof deck? :)

The employees are stellar and it’s located in a prime location for accessing everything needed within a max 15 minute walk. The Westlake link light rail station is only a couple blocks away on third. The rooms are always in order and clean. They have laundry facilities in case of a clothing mishaps. Every room has a microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge and bin sink. If you need to finish a meal or ordered in, just ask the front desk for a set of dishes and flatware. They always have wrapped sets on hand. They provide complimentary snacks waiting when you check in and coffee fresh in the morning. Beds are pretty comfy and they are quite prompt when any request is made.

I think the toiletries are a bit on the cheap side and could use a bit of an upgrade. I would be thrilled if the bathroom products were swapped out for something with a better scent.

The Belltown Inn is a little gem- very clean, great location, close to public transportation and a very friendly, accommodating staff. It is not big or glitzy, but clean, friendly and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. There is no restaurant or gym but clean rooms nicely appointed, a lovely courtyard and rooftop, close to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle, within walking distance from the Westlake Link station and nice restaurants. They offer complimentary bikes to explore the area. Lots of the guests seemed to be coming or going on a cruise and the Inn has a ride service to the Pier as well. I would highly recommend the Belltown Inn.

It was a very nice experience, there was nothing that would keep me from staying there again.

The Belltown Inn is within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions and is surrounded by restaurants and public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I especially liked the USB charging stations provided.

We were on the top floor so we could hear people on the roof top terrace moving around early in the morning and late at night. There is a homeless population around the hotel but there is security and Seattle has a Downtown Ambassadors programme running with their people in Bell Street throughout the day, so we never felt unsafe.
