Location excellent close to pike place market, eateries, breweries, transport links easily accessible to get to other areas & attractions. Only a few doors away from a small Asian market where we could buy snacks, milk and cereal. Loved having a washing machine, after 2 weeks of travel this was great. Coded entry good and not needing to remember keys. Loved the windows & view.

Room very hot, only 1 small fan in bedroom. Heater was on when we arrived, in summer! Bedside tables/more storage would have been helpful, I had to put alot of stuff on the floor next to the bed. Also more charging points/USB would have been useful, many people carry alot of tech these days, we found charging our multiple devices challenging. Would have rated a 10 if these issues were fixed.

The location is great - 1 minute from the Pike Place market, 10 minutes walk to the conference centre where I had to be for 3 days and less than 5 minutes walk to the light rail that goes out to the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable and equipped with basic kitchen utensils and supplies, although there was no dishwasher. There is a communal laundry (for payment per load). Most staff were friendly and helpful. Access was easy with a code, and they stored our luggage until check-in time.

A few small things: Our room was not ready until 4:30pm. We requested a room with a washing machine but it was out of order. We could use the communal one but it was also having problems on our last day when we were trying to get all our washing done before going on a cruise. We were supposed to get a refund for what we spent on washing and drying (given it was supposed to have been included in our room cost) but it hasn't happened. The one elevator was incredibly slow and often too crowded to get in. You could use the fire escape stairs but there were dodgy characters in the lane they led to. There was a gigantic sink that was too large to use to wash just a few dishes.

The location was ideal for us, being very close to Pike Street Market, and walking distance to The Space Needle complex and the station to take us back to the airport very efficiently and cheaply (compared to the taxi we got from the airport). The apartment had all that we needed for a comfortable stay, particularly the kitchen area which looked brand new. We easily found our wat to all the places we wished to visit, and used the hop-on, hop-off bus, which stopped very close to the hotel, to get a feel for the whole city.

The main problem was that the elevator was not working throughout our stay. Without elevator access we had to use the street to get between our apartment and reception. The staff did their best by providing a doorman at the door of the apartment building entrance, who was most obliging in carrying luggage up and down the stairs. The other thing we did not like, although ALL the hotels we stayed in on this trip were the same (and we stayed in many) was the lack of electric kettle. We had to use the hob to boil water for tea, although there is always an electric coffee maker in every hotel room.

Great location and units were well equipped although we didn't make any meals - local restaurants are too good. The staff at this location was great. Our primary contact at checkin was Allison and she jumped through hoops to move us to the room we initially ordered via booking.com during an incredibly busy time.

The Saturday checkin was a zoo. For some unknown reason the housekeeping staff was not letting the management know when the units were cleaned and ready. The lobby was overflowing with luggage as we were told we couldn't check in until 4pm- however it was 5pm before we got in. The lobby is so small we had to leave the premises and check back every 15 minutes or so. Let me be clear - through all this the staff was great!

Super central location to everything we wanted to see. The room had everything in it we needed .

The couch was a little small so you couldn’t lie down. The room was very noisy from outside street sounds and the blinds didn’t really block out the lights outside. I would have loved a tv in the bedroom so I could have lay down. The unit was pretty clean except some of the skirting boards needed wiping down and the window sills too. Outside windows needed a clean so you could see outside. Also there was no warning but you can’t use a microwave and the washing machine at the same time. Caused a fuse to blow. It was fixed very quickly though.Also for a 3 nights stay the unit wasn’t cleaned or towels/ coffee replaced or bins emptied.

Our second 5-night stay at Reside, in a great location just round the corner from Pike Place Market and the Waterfront. We were pleased we had chosen a courtyard view for peaceful nights, having already had the bay view experience. We had everything we needed and were comfortable. The staff were always friendly and interested in our trip, and willing to help.

The kitchen area was more compact in this apartment, 411, with the microwave and coffee maker taking up table space. There wasn't a washing machine. If you want to cook proper meals/do laundry I'd suggest asking for a unit with the bigger kitchen/washer.

Great location for seeing Seattle. Would definitely recommend it. A hidden gem really, as it wasn't very obvious from street level. Just around the corner from Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Close to cheap transit from airport at Westlake. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment had plenty of space and everything we needed: full kitchen, separate bedroom, big comfy bed, TV with decent channels, good daylight. The toiletries were good quality and there were plenty of towels and wash-cloths etc. We paid extra for a bay-view which gave an airy feel. Although our apartment's washer/dryer was out of commission there are laundry rooms available. Front desk was accessed through a secure lobby and was always staffed by people ready to say hi. Banksy theme on the stairs is a nice touch.

Considerable street noise was the trade-off for the view: inconsiderate road-users with big exhausts mostly to blame! Other rooms are probably quieter and more conducive to a good sleep. The lounge area would benefit from a lamp for evenings as the ceiling lighting was very bright.

We had an amazing time in Seattle at Reside Downtown. The apartment we booked was super well equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. This was such a plus as we have been travelling for a long time. The apartment was very clean and we felt right at home. All of the staff that we encountered were very helpful and kind. The location is also fabulous and is within easy walking distance to most attractions. We loved popping down to the markets for fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as exploring all the good bakeries. We also found that the apartment was within easy walking distance to places like Capitol Hill (our favourite) and even to Fremont which we would recommend. We would recommend a stay here on your trip to Seattle and hopefully we can stay again soon.

Location was amazing, tons of coffee shops & food options nearby + there is an HMart steps away incase you want to make your own food during your stay. Pike place was literally down the street from the hotel as well. The studio apartment we stayed in was very cozy, very clean and loved that there was a tv in place for entertainment when we did decide to stay in on rainy nights.

Garbage disposal wasn't clear (wasn't sure how / where to put garbage when we needed it to be taken away but staff was very helpful once we asked)

The staff was very helpful. The coded entry made us feel safe. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. GREAT location, you can walk to anything you need.

The great location comes with a lot of noise. New windows might improve the sound buffering. The lightbulbs in the bedroom are a little bright and the couch isn’t very comfortable. A comfier leather loveseat would be easier on the butt and easier to keep clean.
