Comfortable bed, quiet and very nice staff

Centrally located in a clean part of downtown Seattle, within easy walking distance of major attractions. It is surrounded by good eateries and coffee shops.

The room was tastefully decorated but impractical. Bedside tables were far too small, insufficient cupboard space for hanging clothing items and insufficient drawer space. There was little space in the bathroom to place or store toiletries. The concept of having to ask the front desk to request housekeeping to make up the room each morning is strange for a hotel of this stature.

Warm inviting lobby with fireplace and varied seating options, free newspapers, Delicious Greek restaurant attached, creating the best French toast ever on a no meat grill! Gorgeous patterned carpet in room with picnic type table, good lighting all over and under once one figures it out, make up vanity, safe, coffee machine, large windows The bathroom was easily accessible with a walk-in shower, higher toilet seat. grab bars. Outside street easy for cabs to find you in front of hotel, helpful doormen and valets.

The chairs, couch, and bed were too low for my partner who used a cane. He could not independently get up from any of them. The manager will look into adding risers to the bed. The room’s refrigerator cabinet was so full of canned drinks, small liquor bottles,etc, that I couldn’t fit in my water bottle to chill.

Good location. Excellent housekeeping. Daily cleaning of rooms.

400 USD was deducted as security deposit during checking in. I was told its a hold amount but it was deducted. It has been 10 days since check out but the amount is not credited back to me.

What's not to like? Location, customer service, room, wifi, etc. There was nothing wrong with this hotel. Especially the staff, they were on point in looking after the customer. Waking distance to main tourist sights. Shopping, restaurants, coffee, etc. all there.

Only thing not to like is that I cannot stay here more. I thought the room bar was overpriced but not much more than the Seven/Eleven so for the convenience was still within price. Best bet is to go to the Target for better prices.

The hotel is gorgeous, staff is great, comfortable and well appointed. The room was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and housekeeping did a fantastic job.

The location is mixed, while downtown is great, the nearest train station is notably one of the worst in Seattle from a drug user standpoint and makes traveling at night very uncomfortable. The construction outside of our window was extremely loud but really can't be attributed to the hotel.

Decided to try something different and more trendy than the usual commercial hotel. Definitely pros and cons. The pros are that the room was really cute, lots of lighting and for the space being compact there were a LOT of available shelves and drawers so that it didn't feel so small. Sometimes, it felt cute how small everything was, especially the coffee/fridge area. Having ACTUAL hand soap and not the joke of a bar soap to wash your hands was great.

The room was SMALL. Smaller than small. Even for two people. We got the queen room, but it was definitely not a queen bed. I think this space would have been more cozy/beneficial if we had stayed for less time (1-2 nights). If you stay for 3+ nights, consider investing in a bigger room.

We loved the room which was a generous size. The restaurant Lola attached was very good. The front desk staff very great and the valets were exceptional. They asked if we would like a kettle to make tea delivered to our room which we gratefully accepted and was very much appreciated.

The wifi was intermittent in the room and finally stopped working on the last day/night. The parking is very expensive. They wouldn't credit me with Accor points for this stay because I booked through Booking.com.

Beautiful property and room! Great location, close and walking distance to so many things, including Pike Place Market. Also, the shower was amazing. It was hot water and great pressure! I could have stood in there doing literally nothing forever! And best sleep I’ve gotten while traveling! Loved the mattress.

Would have loved if there was a second door latch. As a solo traveler, it just makes me feel extra safe having that. Also wish there was a heavier or additional comforter/blanket. In hindsight, I’m sure I could have asked, but I didn’t think to at the time.

Location was fantastic! The room is stylish, clean and comfortable & we loved the clean bath products as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee provided in the room was great quality, it took us a min to figure out how the machine worked but it worked out. We were able to walk to the Space needle, the Public Market and restaurants.

My only wish is that breakfast was included but we found Dahlia's bakery right across the street and their English muffin sandwiches were delicious!
