The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s conveniently located downtown and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We took the light rail from the airport to the hotel, and didn’t have to rent a car for the whole weekend. The room itself was very comfortable and very clean. Quiet at night and we had no problem sleeping. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with questions we had. Safe environment around the hotel and close to a light rail station. We never felt uncomfortable walking around. The $20 daily food credit (included in the daily resort fee) was enough to get a little bit of breakfast and a coffee in the morning for my wife and I. I will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Seattle.

No complaints.

The property is a good size for Seattle, it’s well maintained and the lobby reception area is beautiful, the property has a great well stocked store for drinks and snacks, a Starbucks which is always a NEED! The receptionist was lovely when we arrived and found us a room that was available it was slightly different to what I had booked but she refunded the difference and we were glad to be able to go rest earlier than planned and not sit around the lobby.

Relish restaurant is closed on a Monday and Tuesday and this was the days we visited which was a shame, I feel the rooms could be more modernised as showers over a bath is a bit old school these days.

The room was very clean, and soothing, honestly a great room. Comfortable bed, I had a great view, really quiet. Breakfast was good. Parking is expensive but to be expected. Tip - coffee maker is in the cabinet under the TV! I was disappointed thinking there wasn't coffee, and found it not long before checking out the next morning.

Bathroom might be ready for an update. The coffee hidden away, then taking it out to plug in - honor bar items behind the TV - that is kind of a weird set up.

Great location. breakfast buffet & food menu were very good. Room well equipped with ice bucket, glasses and mini bar/snacks. Coffee machine, hairdryer. Kettle on request. Well lit bathroom with loads of mirrors and towels and toiletries.

no room service at night, food ends when the restaurant closes, which is unusual in a higher end restaurant IMO but checked and found most Marriots no longer offer this. My room was a little tired, with stained curtains and dusty around the edges of the walls and the bed. Found a coin at the side of my bed when I checked in, wasn't mine. Mini bar woman just barges straight into your room without even checking if you're in or out. Room was a foldout bed, but very comfortable, bar a big gap between bed and headboard. Paper cups for coffee , I didn't like that, would much prefer a proper cup and a spoon, Instead of a plastic straw to stir with.

location/location/location easy access to monorail and restaurants. The streets seemed to be cleaned up better but there is more to do if you want downtown to be family friendly. Breakfast menu at the Westin offered good choices Tx

closed stores !! If businesses want tourists back downtown quit raising taxes on the visitors and give us a reason to visit. My wife and I visited Seattle in December for over 30 years. This is our first return in a few years and would like to return more. But the downtown businesses need to realize they do not have as much to offer as they once did .

The Westin was my late husband's favorite hotel in Seattle. The last time we stayed there, remodeling was in progress. The Westin, though, still looked a bit tired -- a grande dame of un certain age. But, I was so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and updated the grande old dame looks now. The remodeling has given her the much needed face lift. The lobby and rooms are so clean and gorgeous now.

Nothing. In past visits, I was often disappointed with the well worn linens and towels -- and (my pet peeve) lumpy pillows. Not this time! The linens and towels were new and sparkling clean. And none of the pillows were lumpy.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. We walked to Pike's Market. We rode the monorail to the Space Needle. The monorail was literally one block away. The rooms were great! The bed was very comfortable! The staff was very helpful! We were going to go on a cruise and the morning we left, we were sitting in the lobby with all of our luggage (we were going to call an Uber driver to come and get us) and the Concierge saw us and got us a shuttle instead. That was so nice of her.

We were traveling with another couple, so I requested rooms next to each other, and that did not happen. But we did rooms close to each other. This was not a big deal though.

Great location. Within walking distance to many popular attractions and the train and monorail. 5 blocks from Pike Place. 3/4 mile from Seattle Center and the space needle. Very comfortable beds and the free in-room coffee maker was decent. A good darker roast. Nice dispensers in the shower with White Tea products.

The elevators are not adequate for the number of floors and rooms. Allow extra time during peak departure and arrival times .

I liked the views, it was really clean and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable, cleaning staff are really nice and respectful.

I didn’t liked the fact that the parking wasn’t included already when we paid at first, it should be added from the start. Probably ask clients if they would be using the parking lot if yes how many days in advanced. Also the fact that using the WiFi was not free. So we didn’t used it but it’s the first time that happened.

We booked last minute. We have older teenage kids and wanted rooms with two doubles. The Westin was one of the few to accommodate us. The check-in staff were very helpful. The rooms were nicely situated (North Tower, higher flood) had great views of the bay. The hotel location was perfect. Walkable to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market etc and Ubers in abundance to go further.

The lobby was very busy organizing people for cruises. The elevators take a long time to come, I am not sure all of them were working.
