The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the AC was cold.

The bed was too high for my mom and I. The breakfast was not good. This is my personal opinion, they served the pre-cooked hard boiled eggs that came in the bucket (I don't eat that crap. And it take 12-15 mins to put fresh egg in the steamer or simply boil it fresh will be appreciated). I knew cuz I'm in the industry. I just feel disgusting but nothing is wrong. It is a personal preference. AC was a bit hard to control. We couldn't turn down the fan, so we turned it off instead.

Perfect location! Just a short walk to the Space Needle, and there’s a pharmacy right across the street for convenience. The room was super spacious with neat and clean beddings, complete toiletries, and housekeeping every two days. Staff at the restaurant were very attentive, and the healthy breakfast was a great start to the day. Highly recommended!

Location is excellent. Walking distance to the Seattle Center, restaurants and Walgreens. A very convenient place for tour companies to pick up. Plenty of seats in the lobby where you can relax before heading up to your room. We arrived about 2 hours early and they accommodated us without any problems. Our room was spacious and clean. The dining area is always open which we used a few times to have our take out dinners. Staff is nice.

Breakfast is good but on the 4th day, it became boring ( not exciting if you're staying long). Sometimes, you hear noises from the stCyreet in your room (but it didn't bother us that much). If I go there again, I will try to request a room with a view of Space Needle.

Room was clean, organized and had a few things we needed for the few days we stayed(shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, and so on) Staff was incredibly nice and very informative as well. They informed us if we wanted our room serviced we could just call and ask and they would do it at a certain time.

Elevators were a bit slow, when leaving parking was a bit difficult to leave and I will agree with other reviews it is a bit tight for bigger vehicles, we had a jeep grande Cherokee parked.

The hotel was very nice, it was Booking.com that I had an issue with. The website had rooms for over $400.00 and when I got there Booking.com website had the same room for $200.00. When I called Booking.com to get the room rate lowered to match their own website, they put me on hold for over 30 minutes. They said they were going to call hotel, I stood by the reception desk and they never called. They stated it was not same add because of some cancellation clause. The room was the same room being advertised, it was a clause that was different and that is false advertising. I will never use Booking.com again.

Booking.com should have been better, there is no phone number listed on the website. Catherine A. was not easy to deal with, she kept putting me on hold and not helping with the pricing situation. I will never use Booking.com again and I will make sure that everyone I know will never use this site again.

We loved the breakfast each morning. We loved how quiet it was. It was within walking distance of nice eating places, the Space Needle and nice gift shops.

We had a little mix up about extra towels for the 2nd and 3rd days but we came in after dark, and I had forgotten to ask for more. But our grandson had asked earlier in the day for more towels for their room. Somehow the message got missed but we understand how that can happen.

Room was very clean and well kept. Everything worked and was great. Dan at Hyatt place downtown Seattle is so kind and friendly. Very helpful and went above and beyond. The security officer on duty was extremely helpful and kind as well.

No microwave and had to pay 45$ for parking in the hotels garage on top of the room already! Free parking should come with room.

Friendly staff. Clean nice room with sofa. Small bathroom, sink outside the bathroom. Comfy bed. Always space to improve cleanliness. Great location - close to space needle and the park, walking distance to the downtown (~10-15mins). Slightly disappointed with a breakfast (they must have staff issues -there was a long line waiting for eggs and bacon for like 5-10mins). Although, breakfast went down everywhere after covid unfortunately. Busy weekend(Memorial Day weekend) therefore busy breakfast area with not enough place to sit down and eat. Overall would recommend to stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They checked us in a few hours early and stored our bags for us even after checkout. The location is fabulous, walkable to the Space Needle , Chihuly, and MoPop.

The gas station next to the hotel had some rowdy people, and lots of sirens and loud music at night. The location and amenities were worth dealing with the music and i expected noise due to being downtown.

breakfast had a large choice of items, hot and cold. Staff in the dining area was excellent. Always with a smile on her face. Her sense of cleaning was above any expectations I may have had. Staff on front desk,on the morning of our leaving, were extremely friendly and helpful with our luggage as our cruise couldn't be boarded until later in the afternoon.Many,many thanks.
