Breakfast was excellent. Being near the Space Needle, POP, and Science Center was convenient to enjoy be the entire family. Taking the Monorail made it easy to go to Pike's Market. Great park for children to play at.

Within the 4 nights/5 days stay, the room was never cleaned or serviced. I had to look for someone to give us more toilet paper. We were expected to use the same towels throughout the stay. We had to take our full rubbish bags to the reservation desk to throw away. There was no where on the floors to deposit them.

Our Suite was clean and roomy with a beautiful view of the Space Needle and Seattle Center, which was also just a short walk from our hotel. Convenience of Free Shuttle to downtown was wonderful as it was just a walk down the sidewalk.

Room needed additional chair/seating as there was only one couch for 6 people to sit and relax. A bar stool is not comfortable. Waited an hour for Bartender/Restaurant staff to arrive so we could eat dinner after our flight and waiting for our room. Our party of 6 had 3 adults with canes and walkers, so walking to a restaurant was not an option. This is why I chose this hotel. Was a little disappointed in this. Once we were able to order an eat, we found the food very good.

I think it is the best location in the city. We could see the Space Needle (one of the main attractions) from our room window. The view is spectacular! Also the Chihuli glass garden is across the street and is absolutely recommended for a visit. Our room included 2 queen size beds in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room so we could fit 2 adults and 2 kids to comfortably sleep on their own beds. Extra blankets and bed linens are available upon request at the reception. The staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast does not provide too many options but you would not be hungry. A real advantage is free coffee and tea in the lobby available 24/7. Especially good during the cold season! Also it was very helpful to use a laundry room on the 2nd floor with a decent cost available any time. We were glad to stay here.

Sometimes the elevator waiting time was few minutes but just because the second elevator was under maintenance for few days. Not a great problem. We could use the stairs as well.

This hotel was in the perfect location for our trip to Seattle! The space needle was literately across the street! Although it was under construction during our time of visit you could hardly hear anything. Our room was right next to the monorail system that Seattle has, but I sleep with a sound machine and didn't hear a thing. The hotel offers a complementary breakfast that had a plethora of options, and good coffee. This is where we me Grandma Pat, she is super friendly and very helpful with places to go while your visiting the area, she made our visit even better to have such a friendly face to see every morning during our stay!

Due to construction going on it was confusing which door we could use, their was also a weird clicking in the room during our stay, we couldn't figure out how to turn it off (we did mention it to front desk). Everything else was perfect

Amazing location! Very easy to get from airport via the Link and easy transfer to the monorail which drops you right by the hotel. (insider tip… if you have luggage, take the elevator not the stairs from Link to monorail) I walked to the waterfront and Pikes market and up to Queen Anne neighborhood (Kerry Park for sunset) Staff (J) was very helpful. as were all the staff. Can’t rave enough!

water pressure in shower is a little low for someone with long curls and shower water temp was tepid. ( when I mentioned it at check out, they were sending someone to fix it )

Bigger then normal rooms and good to spread out with a family of 4. The pull out meant our kids didn’t have to sleep in the same bed. Bathroom was nice, updated, clean. Breakfast was just ok. Free coffee, filtered water in gym, toothbrushes we forgot and toothpaste but they had us covered. Location within walking distance of everything and good restaurants was what sold us. Staff very helpful as we were there early for a cruise and they held bags on 2 occasions while we waited for our room. They also helped with rides to port/airport. Pricey but value was good overall for what we needed it for.

Elevators took awhile if crowded

We were very friendly welcomed and we were inmediately assigned a room despite being a couple of hours early, we were able to take our time to unload our car and prepare it to hand it back to the rental company, it went soooo smoothly! The team answered all our questions in a timely manner and the room was great, the breakfast as well! Hotel is located a stone throw from the space needle and the park around it, which we loved! we could even see the monorail from our room!

The staff was extremely helpful and always made time for any questions I had. The lady supervising the breakfast made sure everyone was informed if coffee was running low that she was making more. Very attentive. MJ provided my shuttle information which was wrong on your website that says "Airport shuttle" which led me to believe it was included and provided by the hotel.

It is ridiculous to pay over 400.00 for one night. I understand that Seattle is expensive, but there are cheaper hotels I could have gone to after I found out that there was no "airport shuttle" provided by the hotel. However, MJ did arrange transportation for us.

Location 10 out of 10; it is next to the Space Needle, Museum of Pop, Climate pledge Arena; the conditions are perfect in the room

Breakfast, I spent one week; the breakfast offered each day scrambled eggs; once every 2 days they offered fried bacon; once every 2 days they offered chicken sauces; a different food each day is advisable

Enjoyed the location and comfort of our suite ! We loved the breakfast as well! Overall, a lovely hotel.

The staff communication following our stay was very poor. I noticed a charge on my credit card of $90 days following our stay. I contacted the hotel 4+ times via phone, every staff who responded indicated that they would “have a manager call me back to review and get rid of the charge”. This unfortunately never happened. I was provided an email address to the GM, I emailed him 1+ month ago and have still yet to receive a response. I was unable to dispute it through booking.com so I was hopeful the hotel would reimburse me for the charge but they have been poor with responding. Will not be booking again for this reason!
