The property is located in the Arts District and a good location to experience Seattle. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop views were great. Space needle, cascades, harbor, etc... Negatives, parking was awful. It is underground, limited spaces, and difficult accessibility with very low clearance. The rooftop heaters were all broken or non operational with the exception of 1 of 6. The pillows were so lumpy, but the room was decent.

Comfortable hotel just a few blocks from the Space Needle and the waterfront. Safe facility with everything you could need for a stay in the city - The rooftop deck is fantastic with views of the water and the Space Needle. Secure parking is a major plus

No real negatives to report - no breakfast is provided but you're surrounded by so many fantastic restaurants you can take advantage of, so no big deal. Great spot for exploring Seattle's arts, food, and culture!

This place saved us when our original booking fell through at a nearby Airbnb. It was a couple blocks from Climate Change Arena where we were seeing a concert, and honestly couldn’t have been better. We were greeted by incredibly fun and friendly staff which made us feel so welcome after such a bad initial situation with our other booking. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Location is great; grocery store, many restaurants, dispensary and movie theater all within a couple of blocks. Will definitely stay here again if we are needing to stay in Queen Anne .

The staff were friendly and the entire stay was great. Awesome location, getting deliveries to the room was easy. Being a block away from climate pledge and within very short walking distances to good restaurants is a big plus. The rates were very reasonable!

The TV wasn't the greatest. The movie channels wouldn't allow for full screen for some reason. All the other channels would show full screen. In fairness, I didn't ask the front desk for help, though. I would have like to cast to the TV as well from my phone. I couldn't do that since the remote we had wasn't the TV remote. So there was no means to connect the tv to wifi. I'm sure this was probably on purpose, though. This was the only issue we had.

I gave it a 9 because the pictures of the rooftop patio were misleading. It’s pretty small but still spacious enough to enjoy. The views from the top were great! And the room I got was not the room I was shown online. However, it was in a great area with local dining, local shops, and local entertainment. All pretty much within walking distance. We rode lime scooters a lot so we didn’t have to pay for parking. Parking was expensive but was always able to find parking in garages. This hotel had gated, private parking. It didn’t have a pool but that wasn’t a deal breaker. The gym looked like a typical hotel gym but we didn’t use those facilities. The staff were great! Very informative and eager to please. There wasn’t breakfast but plenty of local places close and a Starbucks inside the hotel!

The location is great! We especially enjoyed the views from the rooftop. You can see Mt. Rainier on one side and the mountain range of Olympic National Park on the other side during the day and the city lights at night. Our room has Mt. Rainier view. The room is clean and spacious, and has everything you need, a coffee maker, a safe, a microwave, a small refrigerator, an iron board.... The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. The service people are very nice, friendly, and helpful in every way. The bus stops are nearby and we walked to Kerry Park. I've already recommended this hotel to our friends!

Location was great. friendly front desk staff, and underground parking available ($36 us per day) The room was spacious and clean. There was very little street noise and both my son and I slept well. I really appreciate the coffee and water that was available 24/7. Starbucks in the hotel was an added bonus.

The bed was a bit soft and noisy for myself, but the other bed in the room was fine. The Gym weights were a bit unsafe as they lock for the adjustment on the free weights was broken.

The rooftop is AMAZING! Excelent location, I walked to Kerry Park and Space Neddle. It's 15 min by bus from the Public Market. The view from the room was really great

It was a really comfortable hotel and room. We were at the back but that suits me perfectly as I feel it cosier. The room has a sink, coffee pot machine and the best actually cold mini fridge in the room which are all so handy. The bathroom was bright and modern and I loved the bed as it was very comfy. Also a decent amount of TV channels when chilling in the room. The rooftop is also lovely to have your money coffee and enjoy the views.

I'd love a proper kettle for tea. The coffee pot thing takes ages and only warms the water. If someone upstairs showered (which someone did at 6am one morning) you could hear pipes making a bit of noise and sometimes the mini fridge was noisy but can be plugged out if needed. Hotels always come with some noise though so wasn't a massive issue.

Beautiful view of the Sound,, Ferry Boats, Ali. Room had deep bar sink, microwave and mini fridge. All very handy. Good products in bathroom (shampoo, lotion etc). Huge bath towels! Secure, underground parking. Starbucks attached to lobby was a bonus. Staff was friendly too.

Top floor view was great, but the rooftop deck was just above my head. It sounded like someone's kids were having a Relay race up there. And then early Saturday morning staff was mopping the deck and dragging furniture around which was like nails on a chalkboard in my room. 2 short blocks to the Seattle Center, which was what I needed. Have another event there this summer but the hotel has raised rates for that week so I'm looking for something a little more reasonable in the summer. Overall though, really enjoyed this Hotel.
